Sorry if this isn't aloud but not sure who else to ask! What are peoples experiences with a certain website that sells dresses (li**t-i*-t*e-b*x)?? Found some lovely bridesmaid dresses on there but not sure if its worth the risk and can I find them on bayofe so if there is a problem I'm covered?

I got my bridesmaid dresses from there and cannot fault them. The dresses are well made, fully lined, I was not expecting that, only downfall was that I did not expect the custom charges which were only about £40-45

May I ask how much you spent for those custom charges? X
Beautiful! Even with custom charges were the dresses still much less than if you bought them from a bridal store?

They look lovely, I'm hoping to find the flowergirl ones or at least the junior and heAd bridemaids on there :) would it be silly ordering them early and just ordering them slightly bigger so they can grow into them? As would want to make sure they are ok before the big day n then will have time to order again if not. How long did they take to arrive? X

I ordered mine slightly larger for the girls just to make sure they'd be ok. Thought easier to have too big than too small for alterations. Think they took about 4-6 weeks to arrive, cannot recall off hand.

With kids you're better ordering nearer to the time. I got our FG dress from a bridal store, ordered it end of January for May, still got it slightly too big so she had growing room, even then it fit her perfectly on the day.

I don't want to leave it too late to order incase for some reason they aren't the right size or are poor quality they haven't got the flowergirl dresses I want but would ordering for a 10 (11yr old to be) be ok?

I've got my 2yr old girls dress now and it's too big ready for her to grow or just be taken up. With 10/11yr old my son has grown 6 cms since last October! Don't know if that helps

With that site, if you get them standard size you are able to send them back, if you get them custom sized then you cannot. All my girls had birthdays before the wedding so got the dress appropriate to the age they'd be on their birthday, they were slightly big when they arrived, but fitted lovely on the day with no alterations.

i got my flowergirl dresses a little bit big from a major high street store in the sale at a very good price. i do know with the website the standard sizes come up a little bit small, also if ordering dresses try and order all together as otherwise colours can vary slightly if made from different roll of material x

Thanks ladies, I'm going to run the dresses by my bridemaids and see what they think then might just order them. Guess if I get them bigger and they still bigger by the time the seamstress can take them in, how smaller do they come up if I order the standard size?
