Ive only just read this through this thread and wanted to point a couple of things out!
1, this is drawn on valentines day, the price is £25k worth of wedding THINGS! What things depends on what suppliers opt in this year! For example last years winner DIDN'T get a venue included but the winner the year before DID have a venue included including catering BUT she choose NOT to use it because of the location!
2, The win a wedding comp is open to ALL ukbride user's regardless if you are a power user or not! You are entered into te draw on sign up to the site! IF you are a power user then you are entered into this another 100 times so still worth being a power user for this alone!
3, If you are not married you will be entered into the draw every year autmatically until you are. Once you are married you are no longer entered into the draw!
4, Power user comps are a separate thing to this and again once you become a pwer user you are entered into the monthly draw automatically so don't need to do anything!
5, To gain more points to get 5 gold hearts and become a power user free please read the rule thread. Its all explained in there.
Hope that clears a few things up, any questions just ask myself or one of the other mods :-)

Quick question about being a Power user. Is the pay monthly option for 12 months or do you is it D/D? Can you cancel anytime? Only got till July to go so don't want to pay 12 months.

Many find that after they buy the PU status they rack up the loyalty points and become a PU for free which is handy.
