    I'm normally very lazy and don't get much exercise at all but I'm on a serious mission to get the weight off and get my fitness levels up so I brought a fitness DVD by a well known presenter, Big Brother beauty! Its fantastic. I've just done half hour of it, which was the warm up (that alone was hard work) and a boxing work out. I feel knackered but it was great fun! I'm just about to work out how many calories I've lost in hope I burnt off the chicken salad wrap I ate at lunch lol!!

    Boxing is a great way of burning cals and getting rid of frustration. Well done you! It does get easier the more you d it.

    I'm amazed that I done half hour lol I thought I'd do 10 mins and work my way up so I'm well chuffed but the proof is in the pudding, if I wake up tomorrow aching then I know its working, if not then I just try even harder! I want my exercise bike to hurry up and get here too!! Hope your feeling better after yesterday too hun! xxx

    I'm still hurting from yesterday but mentally I'm loads better today. We learnt some new dance steps so I keep going over them in my head for when I'm back on my feet again. I can't wait to see people's faces when they see us dancing. As we have given ourselves enough time to learn by the time the wedding comes it means we will be able to enjoy it as the routine will be natural rather than counting 1,2,3,4 which step next?

    Well I'm glad your feeling better mentally and I'm sure you'll be back on your feet again, with lots of encouragement from us all! Thats great your doing lessons, you will look fantastic and will never ever forget your first dance :-) Stephen and I are dancing to Al Green Lets Stay Together, not sure if we will improvise or think of a routine but my dad and I are having a father daughter dance, which is going to be the dance scene from Pulp Fiction? Its brilliant and we're going to do it exactly how they do. Cant wait to see peoples reactions!!

    I jave been playing kinectand got biggest loser demo it was only ten minutes but i was impressed but im still not sure if its the fitness game i will buy

    I have the biggest looser game too and its pretty good but I find things like the dancing games, tennis and boxing some of the best ones as they are fun to do and you don't notice so much the pain etc. I have one called body coach I think and its boxercise which is good fun.

    I'm back on the biggest looser diet tomorrow.. shakes and soups and then a healthy meal for dinner and then sticking with the exercise. If I dont loose this weight then theres something seriously wrong lol. I had a look at the biggest looser game and I wasn't that impressed. I'd rather do the DVDs and play on the wii, just dance is great! x

    Me and H2b are in training for the Edinburgh marathon so we went for a 10 mile run today. This time last year I weighted 3 stone more and couldn't run the length of myself, so keep up with it girls, just think of the dress, the big day, the photos, the wedding night, whatever motivation you can find and in no time at all you will notice you sweat less, can go longer, your jeans getting a bit baggier, honest it will happen!

    Cheers, setting a goal does help! We already have some sponsorship money so we NEED to do it now, even when we can't be bothered! It is just finding an exercise you love and can keep yourself motivated in, then do it a few times a week - small realistic targets and you see bug differences!
