I agree email & say it was broken!! When I was selling stuff on bay of e a girl brought a Mum wine glass (not used lol) it broke in post & i sent her another the day after she emailed me. I would expect the same if it was me buying! xxx

They have to replace them, were they packaged properly? Have fragile marked on the box? I have bought many a teacup of bay fo e and not one thing has turned up broken because they have been wrapped in so many layers of bubble wrap and that is how anything breakable should be packaged. Definitely go down that route first and if the seller refuses leave negative feedback and at least they will lose business. Good luck x

i've emailed just asking for the cost of the 2 vases to be refund i imagine they'll be able to claim it back from them in insurance, i bought them used from a private seller that had used them at their 2 wedding i got them cheap only £3.75 a vase and they're made by a main manufacturer i think i've found the same ones and will only cost me a few quid more if they refund the difference

was just wanting it all complete so i could cross another thing off my list but cat until its all complete :( xx

was the box damaged when it arrived at yours then? maybe you can make a complaint with parcel force or the seller can to claim back damages? what a shame though, hope you can find some others that aren't too expensive. x

I think usually you can claim from the post office...... when ever I have had anything arrive that has been damaged I have emailed the seller and they have sent me out the replacements. If they are a seller it would be easier to get more from them than it would to try and source them from somewhere else.
