    Hi Everyone,

Looking for some advice on a situation.

So last year I ordered coat hangers and champagne flutes from a supplier on book of face. Communication was great, she provided photos and updates and I was very pleased when the items arrived. I placed another order, this one took a little longer but I had ordered a lot, again pictures were sent and updates were provided. Tracking details of the parcels were given.

I placed another in March this year, since then she has experienced health issues which I understood and told her I would be happy to wait a bit longer until she had recovered. I added to the order in September, at this point she had a backlog and was focusing on the weddings that were in each month, again I understood.

She went away at the end of September and told me I was third on her list to get the orders completed, nothing received in October so chased and she said she should have it done by the end of November. So recently I have been asking for photos of what she has done and I've heard nothing back. She has told me there has been a death in the family so hasn't been able to send the photos, that was now over a week ago.

The order is for £120 and I'm now getting worried. Not sure if I should open a claim through paypa1 or give her one more chance and say I want the items by a deadline or I'll be claiming.

Hi Stacey. I'd give her a final deadline and also tell her you will be opening a claim if she doesn't meet it as she's had more than enough chances now. I think that a couple of chances is fine due to extenuating circumstances but enough is enough x

I agree, maybe contact p@yp@l and ask them as well, they should be able to help you out in this situation.

She has agreed that I can collect the items and they will be ready just after Christmas. She hasn't helped herself as I did want to buy more from her but I won't be doing that now, I'll be making them myself.

Still nothing yet, she has told me she is still ill, however all that needs completing is the dressing gowns so I am hoping I will have them soon.
