I think you have made your decision but don't want to upset your grandma. Why not speak to her and say you don't want to be upset on your wedding day so this is what your going to do

Well I've chatter with her and she's happy with whatever we decide as it is our wedding.. So we are free to do what we want. Now I feel guilty and bad for cancelling now!

Glad your grandma is happy for you to change, don't fell bad, doesn't sound like the florist felt bad that she left you months without communication, she doesn't sound very professional.

I'd reply to her email and say really sorry but due to the lack of communication from yourself we have went with someone else.

I agree entirely with Elizabeth! Tell her to go away. Politely :)

It's a shame really but since the shop went, it seems to have gone downhill. I used to go to her for the odd bouquet which were lovely but we've lost confidence in her sadly. I like your way of wording it, polite but saying you screwed up and there's nothing you can do about it ;)

It is a shame because like you said before there aren't many other places near by. Good luck with telling her

It just seems like she can't be bothered any more, which is a shame. My wedding florist works from home and is so much more professional than the shop we went to (the shop works with my venue) when I told the wedding planner about the lack of service she wasn't best pleased.

We are a little Velcro! More surprised as we've dealt with her before so thought we could trust her :/

I remember that Elizabeth. I think we are better off arranging something else tbh. Got several appointments at the end of the month so we'll go with one of those hopefully!
