    Evening girlies!

Getting a bit wound up with the mundane part of wedding planning so I thought I would so something I enjoy - buying some little things for my future wifey to give to her on the morning of the wedding.

Could you all give me some ideas? Weird, wacky, normal, eatable.. Open to all ideas!

    Thanks :) x

Maybe a scrapbook will be a nice idea of the years you been together when you became a couple when you got engaged highlight all your favourite memories and photos find a album she will like have plenty of glue and get creative with however you design yours! For Butterfky to look through will she's getting ready and bring a big smile to her face maybe even happy tears Xxx

I'm doing a grooms box for my OH so how about doing a brides box and putting little bits and bobs in there? I'm going to put tags on everything with an explanation.. so far on my list I have:

Watch - so you're not late
Tissues - in case you get emotional
Mints - so you are fresh for the first kiss
Socks - in case you get cold feet (although a bride would probably not wear socks lol)
Aftershave/perfume - so you smell nice
Miniature alcohol - to settle any last minute nerves
Letter - to remind you why I'm marrying you
Puzzle piece - because you complete me
Rolo - because you're worth my last rolo

I think the best thing to do is think about what kind of things you would like to receive, then alter it to suit her likes? :)

I have a feeling my OH is going to send some champagne/prosecco to my room the night before, maybe some chocolates.
Does she have any jewellery for the day?
    Her favourite perfume
    A love letter
A photo book of some kind maybe detailing your relationship or a timeline?
A gift voucher for a spa or beauty treatment
Mini break for you both just after the wedding
Maybe something including family that can't be there (locket or photo frame with anyone who may have passed)

Some of course may not be applicable or be budget dependant but there's a couple of ideas xx

Thanks ladies - I've got a few ideas but it's just working off something as my head just wouldn't work!

I've got a a bottle of her favourite perfume, a 'learner wife, please be patient!' t-shirt (mwhaa!), a wedding day card and I might get her her favourite chocolate, photo frame of us and something else maybe. I do a scrapbook of us anyway so that's out and jewelry I know she won't want as she always wears the same! What I was also thinking was writing her some letters that she open throughout the morning; one to wake up to, one after she's prettified, another when she's in the car with her Dad just for her to read? What do you think? xx

I love the letter idea, it's so personal and it means more knowing you've taken the time out to write them :) love that you would have them for different stages of the day as well, think that is a lovely idea x

Oh good, at least that seems a unanimous yes!! Might do a few more like one for the night before, at her last dress fitting etc. :) We do love letters often anyway (although more over email now for time) and we used to have a big book we'd write back and forth in! xx
