I only have 2 weeks to go and today I saw something I want to add!
We are having no children guests only our own children (ages 4,8,9) and I don't want them to get bored as it's all adults.
So I've seen a minion mascot, hopefully everyone knows what a minion is,and we've always said after the first dance we are going to play pharr3ll song- happin3$$,the kids love minions and I was thinking of hiring a mascot and him dancing into the room whilst that songs playing and get kids up dancing?
Now I'm pretty sure I'll get into trouble for this with older relatives because it's not what you do at a formal wedding and it would have to be a suprise for everyone can't even tell other half, what's everyone's thoughts? Should I do it?
Or should I keep that for a birthday and focus on formal wedding? It's a posh hall and I don't know if it's appropriate?
The mascot hire company have my date available and are doing a cheap cheap rate, thoughts please?

You don't have to do the normal thing. If you want to do it go for it. You dancing with the mascot would make a fantastic photo.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

It's your wedding, so do what will make you happy. Although I'd be tempted to tell the h2b and get his agreement. X

Ok I've scrapped the idea! It was only £35 to hire him for half hour but due to pure fear of what our grandparents may say I'm afraid to do it!
