A primer is good at keeping make up on but never tried in hot weather. If you're going there for a few weeks beforehand then you may find your skin looks clearer and healthier from sweating a lot and you need a minimal amount of makeup. Go for a good cleansing and moisturising set like Johnson's as a base then light powder? If you're tanning as well you may need to buy your makeup there to match the tone? Hope this helps, whenever I go to a hot country I've never bothered with heavy foundation but a bit of pencil eyeliner and clear mascara's all I've ever used. x

you'll be better waiting to buy it until you're in greece.. and then try a tester on your skin a couple of days before the wedding, as you're not going to know what colour you'll be until then.. Then eye make up colours should not be heavy or too much of them.. light colours lightly applicated.. But again it depends what colour you're wearing ect. xx
I didnt get married in greece but the weather here was about 28 degrees on my wedding day, i was sweating and my makeup lasted all day, i even woke up with it still almost perfect. It was MAC makeup x

Definately use a powder foundation rather than liquid or mousse. Dior do a finishing powder that locks your make up on I cant remember what it is called. As for colours I'd probably go for quite soft shimmery shades for your eyes. You can always go to a local make up counter somewhere like debenhams or boots and the ladies there should be able to give you some good advice. You might even get a free make over!

speak to a make up artist in big department stores, i did and found perfect makeup for me
thanks everyone for your tips, I was looking at mineral make up and ithink i will definatley go for a primer now, i don't wear make up as a rule so will probably stick to a bit of mascara and lippy. Loeal 6hour glamshine is fab, realy stays on all day.
