Ok guys getting married July this year don't seen to be loosing any weight at all been trying all the diets eg weight watchers and slimming world. I'm a size 12 but really want to loose at least a stone. My dress I have had for 6 months thought I could loose it but I am really struggling it doesn't quiet fit me yet, I have a bad hip from pregnancy so finding it difficult to do cardio, I'm running out of time wedding is creeping up to fast, anyone got any good secret diet tips? X

I'm in the same place as you, but I put weight on after I got my dream dress :( I could see it happening but it was like I couldn't stop myself eating cr*p :( I'm a July bride too :( I hope someone has a miracle lol x
