Girls have any of you tried lipobind tablets?
I have been taking them for a few days & i can feel a massive difference in my appetite.. even after taking on the first day.
I feel fuller for longer so have reduced my portion sizes, they are also designed to reduce the fat being absorbed.

I will do, they are definatly good for appetite, apparently they absorb some of the fat too, so not so much is absorbed after eating a fatty meal or something... & they dont make me use the toilet any more so im pleased with that lol xx

I heard the same, thats why ive stayed clear of that lol

I have booked in for another 20minute session of laser lipo for 20th november (another special gym offer for members)

I am unsure which part of my body to go for this time, i am thinking about my arms because thats the part of my body that i feel self consious about while working out.

Hopefully il get good results like last time

I had another 20min session this week & lost 3 & 3/4 inches from my muffin tops lol :)

There's a deal on groupon atm for 3 40min sessions for £99 in plymouth :) of course I have ordered :D
