Just wondered if there any other Lancaster or Morecambe area brides on here?

Hey Becky,

Not from Morecambe, my fiancee is. And I've lived there in the past! But we're not too far just in Kendal. First time I've spotted anyone on here from this neck of the woods!

Havn't really started planning properly yet, but we are going to see a venue in Penrith on Tuesday. So we are starting!

How far are you in your planning?

Hey!

We're getting married in Lancaster - was supposed to be this June but we've put it back a year so we have more time for saving up. We've got virtually everything planned I think - however nothing is booked yet!! All of our money is in a savings plan that we can't access til next Jan - otherwise I'd be too tempted to spend it ;) So next Jan I'll be in a frenzy booking and paying for everything. We still need to settle on a photographer (I have about 6 on a shortlist!) choose rings and my fiance will have to decide what hes wearing but we'll do all that nearer the time I think.

me and my Fiance go to uni in Lancaster and are thinking of staying here afterwards, we graduate in a few months and his grandparents live here.. Plus it's a lovely place! Do you guys mind me asking where you're getting married or where you're thinking of? xxx

Hi not from Lancaster but from Barrow in Furness which is only an hour away. we are getting married in cyprus next year 27th july. have booked wedding but not got everything else booked yet but we have paid for or rather in the process of paying for a wedding package which includes stuff like photos, cake, flowers etc the usuals but the basics. too much to even think about lol hope to chat to you soon xxx
