A little advice is required. Ive found my dress which is a halter neck dress, my hair is only shoulder length and Im not sure whether to have a veil or not or how to have my hair.
The dress has a lot of detail on it and with it being a halter neck Im not sure whether a veil would look right?
Also, with only having short hair, i cant imagine it growing much longer in 7 months so Im not sure how to have it??
So many decisions, your thoughts are most welcome!

i wouldnt have the veil as it may hide so much of the detail of the dress why not go for flowere or a hair facinator

Hi Michgib,
I have a tiara to wear which is only small and simple and matches some of the beading on the dress itself. It goes well with the dress, Im just not sure how to style my hair as its not a great length. I would like it up with loose curls but think its too short for this. xxx

i am a hairdresser! lol with a halter neck dress i would defo wear it up BUT its how you feel comftable with it. Shoulder length hair is still long enough to get put up but it might be helpfull and look better if you had some clip-in extensions. the best thing is to go and have a trial with a pic of your dress and then go for a fitting after so you can see the whole lot together x x x x
Im thinking of doing that but i need to make sure i have enough in our tight budget for me to have my hair done by a hairdresser first, Im not sure how much it will be? xx

depends on the hairdresser its cheaper if you go to the salon to have it done just to give you an idea i am a salon direcrtor (expencive one lol) and i charge £40 for a hair up in the salon but if i was to come out to the brides house it would cost £60 an hour. the best thing to do is ask around salons at prices x x x

Hey, Thanks for the tip. Much appreciated. I will call round my local ones and get an idea of prices.

I think with a detailed halter neck dress having your hair up would look good.
Have you tried googling pics on the net in the meantime????
The days are flying by, can't wait :)

Hi Kimi,
Yeah I have looked on google. There are a couple I quite like, I just hope my hair is long enough for them! xxx
