I dont think you would need to get him anything. He probably wouldn't really understand the significance of it? I would just make sure theres plenty for him to do and enjoy himself with and he wouldnt even notice :) What about a personalised teddy bear or something?

I'd probably just get him something as a keepsake, so like April said maybe a personalised teddy bear or something. That way he can always be reminded of the special day :)

Our son will have just turned 3 when we get married so we are having a ring pillow for him that's been personalised so he can keep that and will probably get him a teddy too x

Like April said he won't understand the significance at the time but how about getting a personalised photo frame. We are having those for our page boys they have their name,role, wedding date and a message from us. We can the put a photo In from the day that they can keep.
There's a page on book face called c8l8bration b8ar3 do lovely stuff I got my son a bear for his 1st birthday and plan on getting him one for the wedding he will be just over 2 and a half so may not have much interest in it but will be a nice keepsake
