im busy booking the room at my venue for the night before the wedding and was just wondering how much the hotel rooms are if you are getting married in a hotel 2?

our venue is costing me £68 for the bridal suite for the night before my wedding.

ours is £125 per room...total rip off cos if you go through late rooms.com you can get a room for about £40
but they don't let the rooms out on the night of any weddings. just for the wedding party.

my plan is if there isn't a wedding on the night before my wedding i'll book one through late rooms..so we can stay over the night before.
    xx

We can't book a room the night before (extremely annoying since I'm getting married 200 miles away from my home!!!!), but the bridal suite is included the night of the wedding.

I will be staying at home the night before the wedding, and we haven't decided if we are going to have a hotel room the night of the wedding. I know H2B will have a fair bit to drink lol and i think its easier to come home than waste money on a hotel room !!! :-)

We get a complimentary room for our wedding night. All other rooms are £110 for 2 persons, or £75 for single occupancy. We're going to pay for the wedding party to stay, but think alot of our friends will stay also.

No idea if i'll stay there the night before or go from my dads. x

We Get the honeymoon suite and 2 extra room free in our package.. But I think it depends what room you want, if you want the bridal/honeymoon suite then it'll be a bit dearer.. If you just want a room, then anywhere between £50-£150// Depends where it is how many stars Ect... x

We're paying around £90 for double and £65 for single. H2b is having a single night before the wedding - I'm staying in the double. And we're paying for a single for my son for two nights. We've also paid the deposit for BM's room (double) for two nights - but she's paying the balance.

H2b wants to pay for his brother's single room for two nights (as he's best man and probably won't be able to afford it) so we're doing that. My parents and rest of family are paying for their own accommodation.

We've not booked anything as such yet as we're in that planning stage where things are starting to be seriously considered and booked. I personally would like to spend the weekend in the cashmere suite at Stobo Castle but h2b isnt too keen, think the 500 per night price tag is putting him off a little lol. But maybe one of the cheaper rooms might be negotiable
