I'm getting married in Worcestershire, but wondered how much I need to be putting aside for church flowers? I'm thinking basic pew ends but not sure of what yet, then flowers on the altar. Has anyone got pictures or ideas they can think of for cost etc? Thanks!

We paid £100 for gyp and ivy over the porch arch, extra flowers in our colours in the usual displays and a display that we could then take for the top table.
Try asking the people who are on the flower rota for the church. They may be able to help as that was who did ours and they were beautiful. X

I would ask the church first if they do it as I only paid £26 for them to do flowers. However I have known people to buy their own and decorate the church however I have no idea how much that would cost x

Think we paid £150 for vases of flower arrangements on the altar and behind the altar thn two large displays either side of top end of the aisle. We didn't need anything else as the church is beautiful so didn't need much decoration and that was the standard wedding flowers decoration the church florist does. All we had to do was choose the colours and she did the rest.

Yea definitely ask the church. Ours always has fresh flowers and we were able to tell them our colour scheme and they will have them in those colours then we give a donation. As for the pew ends I made hessian and lace bows instead of flowers
