Wedding Forum - How I met my partner :) **closed**...

Now I have introduced myself I thought I should share how I met my lovely husband to be!

It all started way back when I was 16 and he was 13 (we weren't in a relationship here but bare with it why I went back so far lol) we played in a Call of Duty gaming team (ugh Call of Duty.. I know :( haha) and we both played competitive gaming which is how we ended up in these teams but anyway, we ended up in the same team for a while but never actually spoke, I spoke to everyone else apart from him. Soon the team ended and everyone stopped talking and that was the last I would hear from him for a few years.

Fast forward to 2013, I was just chilling one day when a friend of mine who I hadn't spoken to in a while sent me a random message and we began talking again and unknown to me he spoke to Anthony (my partner) so after a few months of speaking to my friend Joe, he re-introduced me to Anthony and after that we spoke every single day from the moment we woke up until the moment we went to sleep, we were inseparable and I knew very quickly I had met my new best friend but little did I know a very short month later he would confess how he felt for me and I realised very quickly I felt the same way too.

On valentines day 2014 he decided to come to my house and stay over for a few days, well when I say a few days, he stayed for a week lol (we had been in a relationship for 4 months at this point) and spent an amazing week together and though it had only been 4 short months, I knew he was the one! * blushes * and then in April 2014 we got our first house!!!! we thought it would be best to do so as he lived at the other side of the UK and traveling to see each other was too much :(

We have had a rocky relationship, very rocky and there were a few times where we almost broke up for good, the longest being almost 2 months apart but every time we remained faithful to each other even when we were broken up, no other person crossed our minds and every single time something always brought us back together and this for me, is how I knew we were meant to be together.

On Christmas 2015 after we had opened all our presents and were distracted by the preparations for the day, Anthony suddenly vanished and left me in the bedroom on my own so I continued to get ready for the family coming over, wondering where he had gotten to and next thing I know he's busting into the bedroom with a huge smile on his face and sits me down on the bed with him. He goes on to tell me all the reasons why he loves me etc (I would rather keep that to myself as a LOT of it is very personal) and then handed me the ring and, of course, I said YES! there was never any doubt in my mind that I would say otherwise.

We decided to have our wedding in August of 2017 and honestly I can not wait, I'm way too excited. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my soul mate :)
