My hen do is scarily close now, this Saturday. I arranged a cheese and wine tasting in Cardiff, where I needed a minimum of 15, which I was confident of. Unfortunately a lot of people who weren't sure initially but wanted to come then said they couldn't. It looks like I'll have 11 which is a decent number, but I'm going to have to shell out £100 from the wedding budget for the shortfall. If I'd thought about it sooner I might have invited people sooner and known that people wouldn't be able to come, but as my MOH was dragging her heels I ended up taking control (not her fault, she's got an awful lot on her plate). I'm going to offer last minute places to a few girls who are more H2Bs side.
I had a fun thought though. It would be great to meet any other Cardiff based B2Bs, and what better way than at a hen? It might even provide ideas for some others. Definite thinking out of the box, but PM me if you're interested, and free on Saturday.
