Times running low &. I'm starting to panic. I only have 4months till I get married & still no dress :( Anyone have any tips or ideas? I'm looking for a budget dress no more than £500?

Do you have any local shops that are outlets and sell sample dresses you get lovely dresses at a fraction of the price x

buy off the rack & have it altered only if it REALLY needs it. Try every dress store around until you find one you like that fits perfectly!
Find out who you are & do it on purpose!

Have you checked out Bay of E? If you're not too bothered about it being new there are some amazing designer and otherwise dresses on there for £500 and less. I've got my eye on a Maggie Sottero that's just gone down to £300 but is £1245 new. Costs about £45 to get them properly dry cleaned if they haven't been already so worth a look maybe? If you find one you like that's too far away to try on then you can always find a local dress shop that stocks it to try it on before you buy it... cheeky, I know, but you gotta do what you gotta do! xx

Phone your local wedding dress shops and see if they have any sale says coming up or if they have dresses that are off the rack ones. Few shops near me have a section of ones that were samples ect. X

There are discount wedding shops, depending where you are. I know of 3 in the north west. One in Liverpool, and the other 2 in Stockport and Bolton. I found them on G00gle.

A friend of mine got engaged and married in just 6 weeks. Much braver woman then me. When she had to get a wedding dress we went to a very well know charity shop who have a wedding only website. We went into one of the stores (no where near us, but worth the drive) and found the dress and it happened to be brand new and in her size. Used once for a photo shoot and then donated. We also found shoes there and in total spend £175.00. They have a huge amount of ex-catwalk dresses in a selection of sizes staring from £50.00. If you like I can post the link on your wall.

I wouldn't buy from China on Bay of E, those are the horror stories, but there are lots of people selling on wedding dresses on there that are perfectly genuine. I bought a red one that I decided against and it came and was all perfect, nothing wrong with it at all. There are 2 outlets I know of but they're London and Birmingham. we're going to make a day of heading to one just because they've got some amazing dresses in at like a third of the price they should be xx
