Me and my fiance made the decision not to invite any work colleagues to our wedding, mainly because we both have huge families and our wedding already made up 90 day guests with family and close friends. Also, I don't really see many of my work colleagues outside work and it felt mean to invite some and not others, I'd find it really hard to choose.
Now my work colleagues are asking me if they can organise me some sort of hen do, which is really lovely, I'd love to find some other way to celebrate with them too, but is it cheeky to accept considering none of them will have an invite? Do you think some of them still might be expecting one at this late stage? What do you think?
