Hi guys, I havent really used this site much but I thought it would be a good place to start.

My fiancee has left me, and upon going to get a refund for the dress today I was told thats not gonna happen. So im now in posession of a £900 wedding dress I do not want. Its an Eternity Brides dress, Size 14, I do have pictures but have no idea how to share them on here.
Please could someone give me any idea on the best route for getting rid of this dress please. Would really appreciate any help. Thanks

ps. Feel free to email me privately EMAIL HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR YOUR SAFETY
    Thanks again

Hiya. Didn't want to read and run. I'm really sorry for what happened to you, and now your stuck with everything to sort out.
I would say the best way to sell it would be on the bay. Wedding dresses go like hot cakes on these.
There maybe someone else come along and give you better advice. But hope this helps a little.

Hi Aiden this will probably be removed as your not supposed to use the forum to sell but i would put it on every site like gumtree, preloved and every other site like that to try and help you sell it, you will get closer to what you paid on there

I'm sorry to hear about your situation and i hope that you find the woman of your dreams!

hi Aiden sorry to hear your news the best thing to do is ring around your local wedding dress shops and see if they will sell it for you some do, also advertise on preloved, gumtree, and facebook selling pages first ebay is ok but will charge you loads to list and if you do sell you get charged for selling it I sold a dress for 350 they took £25 for selling it on there.
you wont get what you paid for it you will be lucky if you get half back.
Good luck hope you get some money back

how come she has given you the dress to sort out? I hope you manage to sell it but I agree you wont get much back for it. I think your best bet is to see if a bridal shop will sell it for you on your behalf as you will poss get more than on bay of e

Hi guys ive got it listed on Preloved to start with. I naturally want to get as much back as possible, as this whole situation is destroying me. Ive had to look at pictures of her wearing the dress just to sell it. Soul destroying.

My ex didn't give me the dress the shop did, I went to get a refund as me and my parents had bought and paid for it and the shop wouldn't refund me at all.
