Wedding Forum - Guest Book Label...

Hi....
Im having my guest book made and the lady doing it has asked me what i would like to be written on the front on the guest book.... i assumed our names the date etc.
But then i remembered that weve bought a Pogo printer camera thingy, and wanting our guests to take pix of themselves and then leave a comment beside the picture in guest book. Instead of having to sit there and explain for every person what they have to do, is there any way i can word it to say take your picture stick it in leave us comment. Even if not on the front maybe inside the front cover. Help.

Then a slightly wordier version underneath to explain - take a snap, stick it in our book, post a message to say who it's from etc...
