    Hi there,

Just been looking around for nice wedding venues in the Suffolk or Essex area. Obviously it is hard to find out more in depth details when searching online but I wondered if anybody has had some first hand experience or any recommendations from people who have either had/attended weddings in this area.

Currently I've been looking at on place called Boxted Hall in Suffolk **************************** which are quite local so I know the look and feel and have been a few times for other events. Another place is Blake Hall in Essex*************************** in Essex which I've never heard of today but they look good. You can see a kinda barn/hall vibe trending here but I'm open to anything good.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

EDIT - LINKS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS POST AS THE BREAK THE RULES OF THE FORUM - MODS

Links aren't allowed so a mod will be along to remove them.

But I went to a fab wedding in Suffolk in September, the venue was Ea$ton Gr@nge. Google it, but was like a modern barn. They had a church ceremony so didn't use one of the rooms.

My Sister got married at M4ngapp M4n0r in Burnham on Crouch and H2B's Sister had her reception at Cr4bbs B4rn in Kelvedon. I quite liked the look of Cr0nd0n P4rk near Stock. Cr4bbs B4rn sounds like it might suit you though.

There's also H1gh B4rn in Great Bardfield (between Braintree and Great Dunmow) but they don't have a ceremony license unfortunately

When I was looking I used a website that has pretty much every wedding venue in the UK on it; you can search by country and venue type, so can narrow it down to barns if that's what you're after. I can pop the link on your wall if you like?
