Hi ladies im just wondering does anyone know where to send broken ghds as i fell the other day and dropped my mams on the floor now they wont work i have lost my receipt as guarantee,but i know there is somewhere you can send them like back to where they made to be fixed i just dont know where help would be appreciated thanks xxx

Never heard of somewhere you can send them back too.. I dropped my old ones on ceramic floor and the plates fell off! But ended up just replacing them. Wish I knew there was somewhere you can send them to be fixed!

Nickers.... if you cant send them back you can get them fixed at eastbourne electrics in Darlington. I know a few people who have been to him and he's reasonable ive heard xx

About a month after I had mine they just stopped working! Obv they were still under guarentee and I had all the paperwork, so it was easy peasy. Got sent a brand new pair, whcih was a relief as they were Xmas present 3 xmas' ago from H2B! x
