Been busy the last few days, work all day Tues then gym and then met with a photographer last night and that went on for 2hrs, we were in domino3s at 10pm getting our dinner. Been at work today, making dinner now and trying to psyche myself up to do some private work tonight as so busy this weekend and it needs doing. Got a glass of wine to get me started!

Its amazing how complaining can change a situation.
Connor had his speech therapy sessions with his 'old' support worker while I spoke to the therapist and she apologised for the miss communication last week but she has given me 6 sessions with the support worked from today.
Im really proud of Connor though as he has come on leaps and bounds and hopefully when he learns phonics at school he will be ok :)

Thanks Debbie. I hope they do, they only had size 3 left, i did try them on ages ago but can't remember if they were a 3 or 4. Likely to have been a 3 but I'm between sizes. Fingers crossed its the 3 that fit.

We are off on a road trip (small one but still) it's gorgeous here today and we are driving down to the coast for a wee day out me my friend and our 2 boys.
I'm really hacked of this morning my 'bad week' started 8 days late so was starting to get my hopes up I was pregnant . Actually hate my body (I've been through loads too long a story to post here)

I have been enjoying the sun, we went to the nearest beach (50 mins drive) we had a fantastic voucher for their soft play with mini golf and the amusement rides. Then we went to the beach and the boys had a great time. Not long home and now chilling out.

Have to say that's why I love where I live got loads of beaches nearby and even the really wow ones are 30 mins or less away :)

I live in the city and as much as I love it I do miss the beaches etc that don't come in the city.

Morning all
What a day yesterday. Went to work, was meant to finish at 230pm, shortly into the shift one of the MWs called in sick so they asked if I could do the late so I said yes. I left at 945pm!!! Ended up in theatre at the end of the shift, a decision which I think should have been made much sooner!
Yayyyyyyy and my day off. And level 2 heatwave. What more can a girl want? We had a massive storm last night. Not long after getting in I head the rain, that was all we had, then went to bed, been sleeping with the balcony doors open as it has been so hot, felt something wet on my foot, woke up to the curtains blowing and the rain coming in and a massive storm going on. I Had only been sleeping an hour, then took forever to get back off, considered coming down for a cuppa, then woke at 530am. Silly

By the sounds of it, the storm kept going for sometime after I went back off but it never woke me up again after the time it woke me at 1230. Others were saying on facebook about thunder and lightening about 3/330ish as well. I never heard that!

I can see this taking a long time with housey duties. We ran out of washing up liquid last night, then hubby made a cake and some bread with the kids to take into school for the farye. Needless to say all the washing up was left. My kitchen was a mess, hehad wiped the sides down but just smeared flour and icing sugar all over the worktop so not actually cleaned it properly. Just washed everything up and wiped all the surfaces down, took forever!! Just a case of finishing picking up everything and then hoovering I hope!!!! MEant to be a level 2 heatwave, it's not looking likely, overcast but so warm it is untrue!!! The storm last night did nothing

Last loads of washing done before I go away ..... Bed stripped and all washed , weighed one of my cases and I'm well under ( mind find more to take lol lol .
Mr lala said he has to go to Montego Bay for a few days for work while I'm there he will be staying at a AI hotel ( everything paid for by work) and I'm going too lol , this will be just after our week away also in the bay at an AI resort so we will just move hotels lol
