We were chatting at work and my colleague said I am allowed to make the most of the next few days and have some vino as I've got two weekends of nights so no vino then. Said my weekdays is my new weekend.

We have four toilets in our house so not an issue haha. I have woken in the night before with awful tummy cramps and having to get to the toilet quick, and be there for a while. When that has happened though I have gone downstairs as I'm sure hubby don't want to listen to me in the en suite squitting away

I've managed to do some flute practice tonight, and I made sure I played through one of the pieces for Friday's concert in full. I also did it standing up as we would normally perform standing up. There will be two pieces on the day, but in between there is a piece that I don't play in so I can have a break. Off to choir practice now. We normally walk but we're going to take the car as the weather is horrible.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.

Hmm just seen an article saying high dairy diets cause breakouts all round your face, gluten heavy diets cause outbreaks on your chin and heavy wine drinkers have problems on the bridge of their nose and under their eyes .. Doesn't go very far to explain mine as I thought I had a relatively balanced diet and get outbreaks most places

I can remember one time at work, I was pregnant and we'd had fish and chips for dinner and it did not agree with me. I just walked out and said before someone asks who's been in the loo, it was me, I've sprayed, I'm sorry couldn't help it lol They all laughed but I had to humour it otherwise they'd of all taken the mickey. It's a natural way of life but I know what you're saying about doing it with OH there
LO took ages to settle tonight. I got in bed with him as he was wide awake. After half an hour he finally nodded.

Becci I know I throw a little bit of food away, probably one item every 3 weeks on average but it's not a massive amount. The supermarkets though are a disgrace.

Has the weather been bad near any of you today ?
It's not been bad here but in Cumbria the papers have reported that an 'older mans' car got swept down river and witnesses saw aan in difficulty .. They started a search for him but had to call it off due to worsening weather conditions .. I hope it isn't a tragic end but it doesn't sound good poor guy

I know it's stupid - with all the people in England living in poverty and the supermarkets knowing how much goes to worse every night and they still barely give to food banks.. Better in the mouths of those who are struggling as opposed to total waste!!
