Well I made it through the Remembrance Sunday evening service in the choir. I did abandon my jumper as with the academic gown I was feeling too warm (the choir wear academic dress rather than cassock and surplice). Sometimes I still get the start of that lightheaded feeling, but it never goes any further and usually passes. It helped that the church was cool, but at the beginning of the service we had to stand for a long time. I don't think the tendency to have low blood pressure or to faint has gone, but I know how to manage it now.

Morning all.... Had a shocking nights sleep. 12.49 I last looked at the clock and when I did finally fall to sleep, I woke myself up sleep talking lol.....

OH still in bed. He's gonna go down to Reading this afternoon and start back to work tomorrow.

I think he's doing too much but he won't hear of it. Frustrates me a little cos I don't get to see him hardly and when I do, he's tired or not well cos he's been working

I can't fault him for working so hard but I do think he does too much sometimes...... I can't believe I've had 3 days off and it's Monday already! Gutted.....

I've enjoyed being at home and getting jobs done. I don't want to go today lol

Morning all- is it really Monday morning already?! I never sleep well on a Sunday- I lie awake thinking of all the crap I have to do and then last night, as I quite often do, thought about mum and had silent tears fall down my cheeks- I don't really go to dads much, maybe twice a year as its so far a expensive- so when I do come home I expect to see mum walk down the stairs still :( by the time Friday comes I will have sorted my head out so I can enjoy my weekend :-)

Morning all, been a busy weekend, glad it's Monday NOT
I'm tired as wind woke me up at 4.44 exactly (weird I no)
Went out yesterday and LO said she felt car sick then was sick all in her jumper so it didn't go all over car bless her. We also gained a new member to join the family. He's lush but was stinking and covered in fleas so home and bath and blow dry. Bless him. Xxx

Aw PP he's so cute. Wish I could get a second one but my mum looks after mine while we are away and I don't think she would fancy having two of mine plus her own.
Had a crap nights sleep worrying about an exam I'm 99% sure I'm going to fail. Honestly, I'm so certain it's going to go badly part of me thinks well why worry about it at all. Woke up at four. Gave up at half five and went for a run so at least that's one productive thing done today.

He's sooo cute and v good considering he's only 9 weeks old, first night away from his mum and he was quiet as a mouse, and only 2 little poops to pick up at 5 .hes not really shown his puppy side yet but slowly coming out of his shell. Only 1 accident in the front room last night. OH has chose his name even tho he's the kids dog, Blade,lol xx

Feeling sleepy this morning. Borrowed mums carpet cleaner last night and like a child at Christmas I HAD to start cleaning the front room carpet at 9pm last night!?!

Anyway the carpet water came out filthy even though it looked not too bad just a couple of muddy patches so I was on til 11pm and I usually always go to bed at 10. Then my back was the sorest it's been for a while so oh did a bit of 'learn as you go physio on it' as I was telling him how the physio did it lol but it is feeling better this morning ! :)

I've had a message from someone wanting to buy my chinchillas already and I only advertised them last night! Only probably is they want me to meet them half way in a services with them which I'm not kean on as you don't know who they're going to and 2 hours for them is a long time in the car and means me doing a long drive too ... Not sure what to do!

Just changed the bed sheets really quickly, grabbing something to eat and then heading off to sleep in bed for a bit. I could have done the bedding yesterday but would have meant that hubby slept in it first and it would not be fresh for me.

Pinky Pie he is so adorable. I remember when my friend and former landlady got her two puppies (not at the same time). I think they were about 12 weeks, and both very friendly from the start. Then they had puppies themselves, so I got to see the first twelve weeks. They were so tiny it was amazing. At first they didn't do much but once their eyes opened and they started exploring they just went nuts. They were always so excited about everything.

Well busy morning collating all my locations results. Giving a few butt kickings where they are aptly required!!

Started a spreadsheet with my actions that I'm taking to drive performance with evidence too because I'm sick of location managers ignoring me then holding me responsible for not taking any action to drive performance,

All the location managers want me to visit location to drive performance but they don't put any effort in themselves when I'm meant to train the location managers who then are meant to drive performance on a daily basis.

Instead they think that it's easier to just get me to come in regularly to kick butts but that's all changing! I will not be doing any visits to stations until they put some effort in and reply to my emails that aim to identify what the station leaders on station each week and if they don't evidence that they are taking the actions I've already advised them to take then I will not be visiting them until they take my advice!

When I manage over 20 locations and have to have 2 paperwork days a week I cant afford to keep visiting locations that I put action plans in place for station leaders to not use

It's frustrating ... Everything is all about sales and sales has a much bigger buy in from regional directors because they directly see the money generated but damage takes the back foot all the time.

They don't realise that they can sell upgrades and insurance all they like but if they miss damage at the back end the money falls straight through the collection bucket.

Time to play cover my own back to prove I'm trying my best!
