Slept terrible last night! Couldn't get to sleep, was restless and then didn't want to get up this morning



At my mums for tea tonight, she's doing me a salad which I love as she makes them really fancy. Yummy x

I slept rubbish last night and feel so rubbish today. Just feel like I've got no energy at all

LO at nursery this morning and OH at the Drs as he's got bad pains in his stomach so will be going with him to see what they say

Didn't get to bed until late last night I'm so tired today really would have liked an early night after my 2 night duties.

Looks like it's going to be another beautiful day here. We were in The green supermarket last night and we seen some garden furniture we wanted to buy and only one set leff but it wouldn't fit in car so OH going today with the van fingers crossed they still have it. Taking LO to the circus today for the first time

Morning. I slept better than I have in weeks last night. Didn't want to get out of bed! Ended up missing my train by 1 min so OH had to drop me at a bus stop. Have told work my bus broke down...

Still yawning though. Don't think it was enough to catch up on the lack of sleep j have had

Woke up to drizzley rain today. :(

It's raining here today too - started raining about 5 yesterday and don't think it's stopped since! Amazing how it can be soooo nice one day and then just turn completely. Got to love British weather...

I've cleared 2 tenders this morning, hopefully getting a 3rd submitted today as well. Sooo busy at the moment - had my colleague on the phone this morning moaning about how busy she is... was like, well join the club!!!!

No, she didn't.. she's seemed to have bucked her ideas up slightly since then.

There are 2 colleagues I whinge about about by the way hahaha... this isn't the one who's been causing major problems and who went on sick leave due to "stress". This is the one who started about a year ago now and was failing to meet deadlines etc.

Give me time ladies, juuuust give me time ;)

I get people commenting on my tying. I don't have long nails at all but I type quickly so is a little noisy. I would love false nails though but last time I had them I really struggled to type in them full stop

I'm a really quick typist as well and get a lot of people commenting on it. The noise doesn't generally annoy me but the clip clip clip of her nails on the keys is starting to grind!! She's just across the desk from me so I don't think the closeness helps - if she was a couple of desks away I probably wouldn't even notice.

Finally, Joseph Grant Dixon arrived by c-section at 7:23 this morning, weighing 8 lb 1. The syntocinon drip made the contractions far more intense and close together. I managed with gas and air for four hours, then was examined and hadn't made any progress. If the end had been in sight I might have carried on, as it was I had an epidural. They tried another four hours, and still no progress, at which point the baby was struggling, so I had an emergency c-section. He's had a small feed already,

Ahhh that's exciting Jenn - hopefully we will be hearing some baby news soon then!

Cant wait to get home today. Going to have a catch up with my sister. We have been getting on really well the last 6 months or so which makes a massive change to our entire lives when we have been arguing. We now just text each other silly things so is a refreshing change.

We've got OH's dad and brother coming round this evening to try their full suits on with shoes, belts, buttonholes and everything... looking forward to seeing what they look like :) need to swing by my mum's on the way home tonight and get the suits off her. Going round my dad's tomorrow night so he can try his on too.
