Morning all slept ok last night but didn't want to get up as was so warm and comfy in bed

Back on the diet today. Had a rubbish weekend food wise

Emm hope LO is ok.

I went to bed at 9pm last night, I was tired and knew if I stayed up to watch the next programme I would have been awake for ages. According to my fbit I only woke up once, I woke up more but not for a long time. I had some restless moments and 15 mins awake so all in all, a good night.

We're sat in today waiting on the HV for J's 9month+ check and also for the delivery man to come and collect our stock for @m@z0n.

J is napping at the moment so I've spent the morning researching hairstyles and accessories :)

Evening all- had a busy weekend- worked Saturday- such a busy day- had a meltdown on Saturday night over missing mum :(

OH went out to get t Saturday night and came back with a balloon and said I should write mum a message and attach to balloon to release on Sunday so I did

So it's that time of year, and Mother's Day suddenly appeared.
I thought I was being brave, but then I shed a tear.
I miss you more than ever this year as I journey through my life,
Planning exciting things that I know you would have liked.
Some days I just wish I could pick up the phone and hear your motherly advice,
Instead I'll have a gin and tonic today to honour your life. :-)

We then went to the wedding show, to the pub in way home for a gin and tonic and then went to his mums for t, bit my tongue and was pleasant to his sis, who was also pleasant back- progress! Lol

Been busy at work and been training new starter but had 4 people off today too so just crazy- I'm out tomoz, in meetings weds in Thursday and then off fri and Monday! Just not enough hours in the day!

Off to Heathrow tomorrow for an A380 tour so early to bed for me tonight hope I can get some sleep.

Thank you both- last year I was ok- this Mother's Day miss her loads- I guess as I know planning a wedding is something she would have loved. Also would have loved surprising dad for his birthday, going on holiday, a day at the horses and a weekend to samtapod, all things that I feel she should be there for.

oH has been such a rock these past few days- I just have to smile, live and let her love go on- something I know she woukd want be to do rather than be upset :-)

The library assistant that I've been training today is covering another colleague who has a three month career break for a short term academic post. My cover starts in a week, so hopefully I'll have time to show her everything before I finish on March 24th.

Morning all, for some reason my pad would let me get on yesterday and I've had to go a different way to get on today!! Strange.....

LO was better by yesterday afternoon, thank goodness!!

He's slept through last night too so back to school today

I had the same yesterday as well on my iPad.

Slept awful last night, according to the fbit I was awake three times and restless 9 times, me thinks it was actually more.

I feel like going back to bed!

Ahhh strange that. I did manage to get on here on my iPad but kept being silly on me at first.

Kids all at school now. Got some tidying to do but first going to have some toast to see if I need a bit of carbs inside me.

I saw a friend on fbook had the same issue with her school, they totally forgot to put them in their bags.

I've had a slice of toast, and a big bottle of water with some salt in, feeling slightly better now.

GF I said to OH what if he'd not gone and bought me a mothers card card from LO thinking nursery were going to do it. Last year I got a lovely glass jar he's decorated with his hand prints on. I've put the hans prints in a frame with the poem that was attached and put it up on the wall

I had issues last night too, but thought it was my laptop as my brother cleaned it up and defragged so thought it was just going through extra security.
Glad it wasn't me :)

Just got back from having nails done.

Need to hoover and tidy up then pick LO up at 12.30

I got on the scales yesterday and lost some weight, done myself again this morning and it's still the same so hopefully it was not just a one off, continue with this eating o,an and hopefully by the summer we would both have lost at least a stone.

I ended up going off to the sorting office this morning, as hubby had had a birthday card sent through registered post (his birthday is Friday). I was starting late this morning so was able to go with his passport, although in the end they didn't ask for ID. It's really frustrating, they only ever open late on one evening a week which is tomorrow, and we start ante-natal classes tomorrow. Hubby had initially said could we go there before the class, but I really wasn't sure that we could get there and still get to the class on time. Otherwise it would have had to wait until Friday itself when I'm on leave, but I'm waiting in for a delivery and we don't know what time the delivery will come. Plus he will be ringing his sister, who sent it, on the day, and needs to know what is in it before he does. She lives in a residential home for young disabled adults as she has severe cerebral palsy, and they always insist on sending the card registered post as it will include a gift voucher. He gets really exasperated and has asked the staff before not to send it registered. They don't seem to comprehend how difficult it is to pick it up. It was a 15 minute drive for me to go and get it, and if I wasn't working the evening and didn't have leave this week I'm not sure what we would have done.
