Evening everyone.
OMG, so on Saturday morning I jumped out of a plane at 10,000 feet. It was the most amazing experience I have ever done, I said I would do it once and once only prior to jumping, but nope, we are going 15,000 next time. Between myself and my friend we have so far raised almost £2000 for the Air Ambulance. If anyone wishes to help out for it on here, you can still donate, just message me for details. It would be much appreciated.

My LO has had a good couple of days back at nursery after a week away visiting family. I'm relieved, I wondered if he might be grizzly after time off. Our next appointment with the nursery nurse is tomorrow, I think we're talking about action songs.

Morning all
Back to school today for the kids, both starting their GCSEs even though they are different years, this year they decided to start them in year 9. My other daughter started college on Monday. I'm on a random night shift tonight, so I'm at home getting laundry done as not had a chance to get any done since last week. Again it's a mountain! Good job the sun is shining, hope it stays shining as well.

Just entered a competition to win a tandem skydive. I won't get it but who knows. No chance if I don't enter it. I would go back up today if I could. I read somewhere that someone went to watch their son doing it and signed up there and then and done a jump. Amazing. Bit of an expensive hobby though and I said to my friend who I done it with, we can hardly keep on doing it for charity expecting people to sponsor us so we don't have to pay for it.
Also I am awaiting a letter from the solicitors regarding the car accident. I had a text the other day saying that a figure had been arranged for settlement. Somehow I think it will be 50/50, but if so I am not happy about doing this. I'd be happy to go to court over it as why should I take 50/50? Had anyone on here done this, or know anyone who has and won?

Emily17, I just seen you asked what charity I was jumping for, it's The Hampshire and IOW Air Ambulance. It costs them £9k a day to keep it operational, myself and my friend together have raised near on £2k but that is not even a day's running.

Think I woke up in someone else life today. OH left me to sleep in this morning, feed both the children, took the toddler on the school run with him, woke me with breakfast in bed and a coffee, put everything in the loft (been asking for 4 months!!) and has now got all the cleaning stuff out ready to blitz the flat. Even Korey-James is behaving, although he's poorly again so that's probably why. AND to top it off my dad has offered to pay for the church for us! Still going to save for it tho just in case he can't manage to pay for it all.
I'm currently waiting for the 'Babe, you know you love me, can I .......'

Well I got the 'Babe you know you love me' but what followed I did not expect at all. He's only gone a booked a week off work so we can have some quality family time and a weekend away :D. He felt guilty for doing it behind by back bless him. He also wanted to borrow some money to get his nan some flowers and a card for her birthday, daft sod didn't need to help blitz the place for that.
Lazy mummy tonight. Microwave burgers and chocolate for tea/pudding tonight. Korey loved it and it's the first thing he's eaten in 4days! (was getting desperate to get something down him)
Plan for tonight, junk food and a tearful movie (in one of those moods)

I'm so excited about it, it's beyond stupid lol.
How can grooms be so thick?! Apparently he can go have his hair cut and styled and hour before the wedding. *rolling eyes* ERM....NO! You need to be at the church then and you are not having your hair cut in your suit either. I swear it's like having a third child hahaha. Wouldn't change him for the world tho bless him.

Afternoon all.
Last night at work was pretty hard, I went for a break and was brought back for no particular reason, apart from someone being unable to realise which was more important (not my break but what was happening at the time).
Emily, so do I, I pay each month out for ours. I added up the money myself and my colleague have raised so far and it is just under £1700, hoping to still be able to get some more though to boost it up.

So proud of my OH. He's only gone a bagged himself a second job! It's only temp atm but they've said if he does well they will see about making it permanent and full time. The extra money from the new job will get us a car and pay for over half the wedding :D.
Spending spree today. Getting all the kids xmas presents now so it gives us longer to sort out Korey's birthday stuff. Joys of having a child so close to xmas lol.

It sure is. We've normally got all the kids stuff by now. I feel so unorganised this year. There is so much we want to get them but we have to cut down this year because of the wedding. We have the xmas decs out the loft already tho lol. Eldest wants them up now haha.

Well done on your OH Tiffany. I am doing the odd few extra shifts myself at work to boost money a little. They sent a blanket text out yesterday asking for shifts to be covered. There was one I could do but am already doing extra next week as it is so they might not be so willing to pay me for it.

Thanks GF. When's the latest you would need the sponsor as I might be able to next week, if I don't end up taxing and insuring a car. OH's mum is loaning us the money to buy a car asap as new job is out of town.
Told OH's eldest he has to have a high backed booster and omg you would of thought it as the end of the world! I'm now on the hunt for one he will sit in without ww3. He's 9 and so many of them look so babyish so I don't blame him for being upset. Didn't help daddy was teasing him calling it a baby seat and saying he was going to be a baby again. OH really is an idiot sometimes. LO having ADHD and Autism does not help matters either.

Treated the boys and my mum to a meal last night. Mum had just come back from holiday so had gifts bless her. The boys both got a chocolate fish and the oldest got a huge rock (it's like 5cm thick!!) and Korey a gobstopper the size of a small football! Should keep they both quiet. Korey also got a spid3r m@n top and body warmer. The hood has a mesh mask in haha. She's told us to get the oldest to pick an outfit and she will buy it. He's very picky bless him hates the feel of most stuff.
Told the oldest about daddy's new job and he was not happy. We did expect it as it's a huge change for him. I will have to take him too and pick him up from school some days so met his teacher last night.
Blitzing the living room today. Will take all day as moving stuff around and have to find a new home for the wedding stuff :O We have an inspection soon and bitch about washing in the basket or Koreys toys out so wedding stuff all over the flat will not go down well at all.

Having 5 mins before carrying on with the front room. Why is it when your moving stuff around it's never simple. Moved the sofa and chair 5 times for them end up back where they where because I didn't like how the room looked lol. Moved cabinets twice and found lots of stuff we had forgot about. Now have room for Korey's Kitchen and the Christmas tree can still go in pride of place by the window.
OH should be home from work in the next 5 mins and told him room would be done :O oops. You cant see the floor, sofa or chair.

Tiffany, thank you, there is still time. I think the page is open for about a month or so after the event.
Been busy working, taken on two extra shifts this week due to short staffing, means I am in everyday from yesterday through til Friday when I am done for the weekend.
Cannot believe it was over a week ago I done the skydive. It's gone so quickly. So desperate to get back up there and do it again. When my friend came into work yesterday on the late shift we both said, this time last week it was all done. I may stop talking about it one day, haha.

Oh bless you. I don't miss those weeks. Take it easy when your at home and don't over do it.
OH is working 7 days a week for 3 months straight starting tomorrow! He has a week booked off from one job but will still be going in to do the other one. I've told him if it gets too much I will be putting my foot down. He's also not allowed to do any house work or cooking when he gets in from work. He's going to love it isn't he haha.
All motivation to finish blitzing has got up and gone. Took 2 n half hours to do the oven. We're not grubby, I have ocd and have to have it perfect (it's a curse).

Sorry I know my posts have been happier lately.
So everyone knows about Hurricane Irma. I have family in Florida, where it's heading for now! We couldn't get hold of them for days, so thought they where out of the state but we finally got through earlier and they are trapped with no hope of getting out before the hurricane hits :'(. My Great Auntie is normally as hard as nails and doesn't seem scared of anything but today she told us how much she loves and how proud of us she is and that she wanted us to remember that and all the happy times we've all had with her.
I can't even begin to imagine how she and everyone else is feeling. Keeping everything crossed that everyone is safe and with loved ones at this awful time.
