Evening all
Hope you are all good. I've not been around much as was working all weekend, then ended up with a busy day yesterday and work again today. Finished clinic with a raging headache, was meant to be going to the gym but it would not shift, it's only just gone now. That's after taking tablets, laying down, having a walk to get fresh air.
Thought I would give you all a laugh......Was sat having fish and chips for tea last night and talking about different fish and where they come from. My step son (to-be) then comes out with 'I could never eat a fish from the sea because it would have to die and leave its family and friends and that's just really sad', in between eating his fish :/ ....Asked him where the fish he was eating had come from for him to look at me, roll his eyes and say 'Tiff your like really old so it's ok. It we got it from the chippy, remember?'!
OLD!! I'm 25 on Saturday. If I'm old then his dad is pre-historic lol....Got to love kids.
Found out today that one of my BM's is having a girl! So we now have another flower girl dress to buy :D

OLD???? Jeez, I'm ancient then.
I'm going to be resembling someone from the walking dead today. I got called out at 0350, home around 0630 and need to be back at work for a late shift at 1300. Fab! Came home, had a cuppa then thought I was so tired, I'd had 3 1/2 hours before being called, so I went to bed, slept for 45 mins and that was it. Up laundry on, now to try and wake up

Tiff that story was just what I needed, I feel like absolute poop today and there are still two days till the weekend, it should be a good one though going to my mums on the Saturday for a girly night with my best friend and then on Sunday seeing my other close friend in Nottingham.
My head feels lousy, all I want to do is put my head down and close my eyes.

Snap Stacey. I had such a headache last night which took forever to go, now I could curl up and sleep, but cannot as will need to shower, sort stuff out before going to work and then work until 9pm. So looking forward to climbing into bed tonight, which by then no doubt I shall have got over the tired stage.

I have just put the laundry in the tumble dryer, hoping that will be done before I leave and then the load in the machine will have to be done by someone else, hopefully they wont forget about it and leave it there like they did recently and everything goes all creased.

Haha yes they sure do! This morning he was going on about wanting a baby sister for Christmas and that we CAN get it for him because they don't cost pennies. We just have to make sure I eat the right seed this time lmao.
H2B had booked a table, cinema etc to celebrate being engaged a year, only problem is it's the same day I have my operation (which he forgot!), so he has now had to cancel it all :( Told him n3tfl1x and steak & chips will be good enough for me. I'm hopping I can eat it lol.

Ok rant needed - Sorry ladies!!!
You know OHs family aren't speaking to his Nan and aunt (FILs mom). Well his nan had a fall yesterday and broke her hip. She needed an ambulance to get to hospital and needs an operation to fix her. OH was at the hospital all day and i went straight from work and was there till 10:30. I left home at 8am yesterday and didn't get home till 11pm but didn't question it i just wanted to be with here as much as possible. I would have thought that this would have kicked his mom and dad into speaking to her but they just don't care. they are complete @r53holes! Thankfully she is ok and the break is not so bad that she needs a full hip replacement so she will be ok but i was speaking to her last night when it was just me and her and she is well and truly heartbroken. I have lost respect for the in laws because there are times when you just put arguments and disputes to one side and when she has been in A&E for hours needing surgery that is one of them times. I have lost so much respect for them it is unreal!
The annoying thing is that the argument is between OHs family and his aunt. Not his nan. She is just stuck in the middle of it all!

Thank you Stacey, she is ok in herself but in pain and unable to move! Going to see her again tonight after work but only for a couple of hours. I cant do all night again!!

Just had a mini heart attack. A family member messaged me this morning saying she is getting married next year in the summer holidays (like me) and had just booked the church for the SAME day and time as my wedding!! I told her that was my wedding date as well and she kindly rang the church back up and has taken the week after instead so our weddings do not clash.

hey all- emily yiur out-laws sound a nightmare! They seem the sort of people who like being miserable holding a grudge and arguing just for the hell of it!
Working tomoz and just had 2 girls message me to say someone crashed into them on way home- both in a&we- one in a neck brace other has broken wrist so am 2 down for tomoz and no hope of finding extra people this short notice so will be a super busy day :(

Mine has been amazing. I have been extremely spoilt. Lots of cards and presents, Meal out and now chocolates, wine and Mr Grey! I swear my MIL has brought me half of the bath bomb shop lol. I also got a beautiful charm bracelet off my little man with a charm saying 'Special Mummy X Love You X KoreyJames'. H2B even brought me flowers! He never buys flowers.
