I struggle with breakfast too but I force myself to have it. Had a spinach omelette this morning. Find it easier to eat things like that in the morning rather than porridge/cereals!

Becci is there anyway you can block numbers from a landline? I know you can do it from mobiles. My colleague has a similar problem with her mobile number, a company are forever calling her asking for someone she's never heard of.

My amusement with the estate agents is nil,
One of oh's friends messaged him the other night asking if it was ours on the website in the street and he said yeah and he asked what agent it was up with I told him to sod off going through the agent and arrange the viewing with us so he's coming round tomorrow night. They reckon they wont have the cash to buy a house for anther couple of months so so its a waste of time but there is no way the estate agents are gettjng selling fees if it's someone that has seen the house from our fb posts as its the only advertising getting done the estate agents are rubbish!

Ahh Lindsey couldn't imagine not having a bath! Don't have them often but love it when I do. Thankfully OH has to have a bath because of his skin so we will never get rid. M and that in most houses we have looked at there wouldn't be room for a separate shower but hey ho

My aunt owns a house which would be perfect for a young couple (good sized 2 bed in a nice area) but she had the bath taken out and even if OH didn't have eczema then it would put me off buying as would have to move before we have kiss.
I need to go for a shower and freshen up but I have floss on me asleep and don't want to wake her up

Ooooooh I love a bath.... I shower in a morning for quickness but tend to bath at night.
Got called into our credit controllers office for some task and he is the most boring man I think I've ever met lol....
Kept talking for 45 minutes and I was that bored I barely remember a word he said lol

One of the things that decided which house we went for was the bath. There were two houses with not a lot between them. One needed a new kitchen but had a stunning garden, the other had a usable kitchen but the garden needed a huge amount of work. Both needed damp proofing. However the one that needed a new kitchen also needed a new bathroom as there was only a shower, and things would have needed to be rearranged to put a bath in. The other one had a bath with a shower over it.

Changing agents would be a pain and we'd need to pay admin fees I can't remember if they were &75 or £250 - 16 feb it's been on 3 months with only 2 viewings - they will get a roasting !
I now see what Jillian michaels means when she says 'I want you to feel like you're going to die' just did a 5k (best time yet since crash in under 30 mins) then came home and did day 6 level 3 - holy moly

At lunch today a colleague bought a multi pack of fish n chip crisp things, never had em before- boy are they tasty! How have I not had these- I had soul and bread for lunch but made a crisp sandwich- thunk I've found a new guilty pleasure! Lol

It hurt mmw2b lol I looked like a tomato, my breathing was whistling it was that bad and the sweat was dropping Urgh!!
Today the chocolate jar in the kitchen was screaming my name - I resisted have to admit crisps are also a weak bit more recently but I've not had any pass my mouth since Christmas!
So far today I've eaten 599 calories (wheat biscuits, fruit tuna wholemeal sandwich) and burnt 570 lol!
I find it easier to motivate my ar$e to do it as soon as I finaih work it's my routine now or at a weekend I et out of bed and do it lol

Becci don't panic about lack of viewings too much yet. I've always been told that spring is the best time for viewings. If things don't pick up in March then you might want to chase the agents, but January and February are always going to be slow months.

It's not that EC, the two people they've sent have been totally unsuitable too so they've only sent them to make it look like they're doing something.
Not impressed by thrm at all
Also my worls phone app still hasn't returned. They sent out a manual on how to get them back on Monday which I did as I needed the app to show the airport managers tomorrow. Followed all the instructions to the tee and still not recovered. Emailed them they said try again so I dod (third time) advised it still hadnt worked so he said he'd ring me tomorrow to do full reset. I'm in a meeting all day tomrrow so did the reset myself tonight and it's still not working.
It's not exactly impressive when they've sent 5mil on this system for the app to drop off several users phones for no apparent reason leaving us unable to have the app which we need to use daily.
All my stations will be given phones; if I'm ready to chuck the phone out the window the station staff won't be so patient and the system is basically going to go down the drain pipe because if it takes this much effort to try and get the app back when it disappears for no reason staff are just going to put it in the drawer and use the old system

Hey ladies. Dinner done and dusted, had sweet chilli salmon with boiled new potatoes, mange tout, sugar snap peas and asparagus. Was yum! Then sat down and made some notes ready for my appraisal at work tomorrow. Now chilling in the bath :)
