Monday already!! OH has gone down south but is moving to Liverpool next week on a new project. Better money and accommodation and food is paid for too.

Its a 2 year contract but they can move from site to site.... Hes only going on it til he gets a big job in one of the powerstations but they are pretty much the same kind of rota.....
Hes just wanting to get some decent savings behind us but i just cant help feeling we will never get any quality alone time!
Oh well, we will see.

House news. We finally got the keys at 2pm Friday and moved in. Took hours and we were shattered by the end of it. Loads to sort out. They were tramps who lived there before. Had the main bin, recycling bin and the green waste bin all filled to the brim with general waste. So spent all of Saturday doing trips to and from tip. Yesterday we went to the Swedish flat pack shop to get our bedroom furniture while we had the van. Also went to get a wardrobe for the spare room that someone dad works with was giving away.
It is beautiful and is starting to feel like home already. Cant wait to get our sofas in and then it will be properly ours.
Cant wait to have everything sorted and in its own place.

Hope things get better soon Emma, like others have said, once the wedding has been and gone you will feel much better about money and things can get back to normal.
Sorry you had a tough time at the weekend Michelle, hope all is well now and you're feeling better.
We went to see our Mortgage Advisor at the weekend to see what we could get when we decide to move which was great. We've got an agent coming round on Saturday to value our house and take pictures so we've got a mad week trying to get everything looking good. Spent all day in the garden yesterday - I ache all over today!

Honestly, I was such a bad mum on Saturday night! We went to my friends 40th and I had a few too many shots with energy drink. Having a dance then went to the loo with my daughter and threw up! So she walked away and left me! Nice to know she'll look after me when I'm older ... Lol

The bloke we are having the marquee off is a family friend. Thought it would be easy, no hassle or anything. We thought wrong. We can never get hold of him, when we do its everything will be sorted. We went to see him yesterday at his house and his son answered saying it's not a good time. He phoned his dad and passed the phone on to mil. He's on the verge of topping himself as his ex wife is trying to take him for everything he has etc. He's locked himself in his bedroom and won't talk to anyone.
We've got less than 7 weeks to go and do not need this so now looking for toilets, caterers and use in laws big marquee they've got and put drapes etc in it on their land.

We had a new fridge delivered last week Emily, ours was over 10 years old and couldn't decide if it wanted to freeze our food or heat it up! Lol. Another expense I didn't want, but managed to get £100 off it by using club card boost on the t3sc0 vouchers I had saved for a rainy day!

Awww Mrs , you need to pull in family, list everything you need and set each family member onto a task! Takes pressure off you guys and I'm sure family, friends BM will be more than happy to help,in your hour of need- you can achieve a lot in 7 weeks, never know, last minute bookings may be cheaper too
If you message suppliers and tell them your situation say you've been ,et down they will step up and probs discount you

Emily you'll still be sorted things in months to come lol.
Our house is a tip still. My uncle still has his stuff in our second spare room, attic and the garage so we have no proper storage so everything is in the rooms we live in so everywhere is a mess. He doesn't seem to be in any rush to get his things either but don't want to rush him but st the same time I wan out house that we're paying for!!
Had our honeymoon jabs today so that's that all sorted thank goodness. Mums dog ripped up her carpet again today .. He's been fine for weeks so she asked me to check on him an hour after she left him because he was shaking with fear and didn't want her to leave .. When I went round he was still shaking with fear and acting odd so I told mum I'd take him back to mine. He's horrific in the car barks all the way so I turned my radio up to drown him out a bit. Only went and took the side of my car out on our drive wall - grrrrrrr! It needs a new front wing really but it's due tomorrow go back to th me lease company next week so oh is getting a dent removal guy to give it a go pulling it out then get his dealership to paint it to see if that looks ok otherwise there's more money down the drain if I have to pay my excess grrrrr!
Ozzy managed to work the stitches in his lip open when he had some food before we went to the vets too so now his lip has a v shaped slit out of it and the vets said its not worth stitching it back up but I'm scared he slits it more poor boy.
Back to see my neurosurgeon tomorrow for my back because it's been getting worse for the last two weeks - there's £100 excess for that too as it's the first appointment this year why does all the expense have to come just before the wedding!!! Arghh, wouldn't be bothered but it's all stuff that's a waste of money in my opinion but can't be helped

I was cold and didn't want to get out of my bed!
Off round to my friends after work as her son is 9 today..... Our LOs were best friends at nursery and I also get snuggles with their 5 month old baby.....

Michelle, love your auto correct haha! Becci, I don't think it will be that bad if I'm honest. I think the worst room will be my craft room as we don't have any furniture for there and don't know how I want it. That's not the end of the world though really as it will just be the one room.
