Morning all, so did not want to get up for the alarm, hate going back to work the day after finishing nights. Got Freddie Wednesday and Thursday so won't have a lay in until Friday and then it's back to work that night.

Taken today off to chill again. Need so much rest from work and also have bits to sort, like need to get the laundry on, get shoes to cobbler to see if he can fix something unless I can do it myself. Anyone ever put a stitch in a bow on a pair of flat ballet pumps? A woman trod on my foot at train station and basically not only hurt my foot also broke the stitch that stops the bow unravelling, do annoying as I love those shoes as they're so comfy as they have nice padding in the insole.

Morning ladies, can't believe it is August, this year is just flying by!!! Had a lovely weekend, picked up some new bits and bobs for the house with some of our wedding money, had a family BBQ round my dad's Saturday evening which was lovely and yesterday we had a bit of a lazy day and I made a lush roast. Been feeling quite unmotivated and bleurgh the last couple of weeks but I'm feeling quite good this morning :-)
I also fancy a trip to w35tf131d shopping centre in Stratford as only 30 minutes on the tube. Feel like buying a new bag and seen one online in 1k 83nn3tt I like. Been looking for ages for the perfect cross body leather bag, my usual brands don't seem to have what I'm looking for. Pr@d@ and m1u m1u have a couple of nice ones but they're not quite perfect. 1k 83nn3tt have one I really like the look of and at £145 is a steal compared to between £650 to £960 for all the others I've seen that are close runners.

Woo hoo result! 10.15am and I've put away clean dry laundry, hung more laundry up and managed to stitch up and mend the bow on my shoe, no need for the cobblers! Yay!
Need to clear the dishwasher now.

Morning all- today is packing day and then off on holidays! Can't believe it is August either!
Need to wait in for man to look at washing machine- OH called in a favour from work- though woukd just double check that can't fix machine rather then spend £500 on a new one!
I had My hair cut on Saturday and spent a fortune on new hair products bought some M1lk sh@ke shampoo and condition and spray- smells lush- not cheap but my hair feels so good after just using it!
Also asked my hair dresser how much she charges for wedding hair and make up- she charges £75 an hour so bride in an hour and 2 bridesmaids so £150 plus £20 for coming to location- sounds reasonable to me!

I decided to wait for shopping trip with my mate in a couple of weeks to look at and buy (hopefully) that handbag.
Instead I've ordered myself new earphones as mine are kinda broken now so need new ones anyway. Ordered from the rainforest site along with some red parcel paper that I can use as wrapping paper.
Also ordered a new cheap plastic garden table just to use as a side table for food when doing a bbq, it was so impractical having no table to put food on right next to the bbq when cooking. Half price in the @rg05 sale and with same day delivery its £21. Getting delivered this evening, really chuffed with it. It's actually a good size too, big enough for 4 people to dine at but we're only going to use it for popping food on whilst cooking.

Been doing the marquee decorations all morning. LO had been near mil horses and has had an allergic reaction so mum and I have been at the Drs with him all afternoon as he's got blisters in his bottom lids bless him

Pulling together the menu for my parent's surprise Ruby wedding anniversary BBQ/party (if the weather changes from what 88C weather is saying it'll be) on Sunday.
Got 12 of us in total. They think it's just going to be them, me, hubby, my sis and BIL. We've invited some of their friends too, 6 have confirmed they are coming. Unfortunately 4 others are at a family 60th birthday and 4 others are on holiday. 12 is a nice number and will be nice to do something for them.

Floss I've been like that since we got married. It's like I don't need to worry about fitting into wedding dress anymore and also we can now afford it since no wedding expenses or moving house expenses to pay for.

Norwegian cruise along the coast for 7 days, chasing the Northern Lights. I've been wanting to do the Northern Lights for years and with the Zika virus in every country I wanted to go to for a beach holiday I decided that this November will be Northern Lights instead. It actually works out cheaper than the beach holiday - full board! Beach hol would have been all inclusive. So it does all work out perfectly as being cheaper but will be such an experience.
Planning to get on some of the excursions like dog sledding.
