I can just imagine the look on the face of a doctor, nurse or midwife if they get the injection ready and turn round to find you with your trousers down. Thankfully the only injections I've needed are the standard jabs. So far it's just been flu, but I'll need to book in for the whooping cough jab in the next few weeks.

The baby has decided to wake up and wriggle around which is very reassuring. There is still a little bit of pinkish discharge coming out though so I'm definitely still going to see the doctor this afternoon. I'm sure it's going to be fine, it just scared me a bit as it's not something you expect to see.

That's nice and healthy Flossie :) I'm trying to eat throughout the day too so I've been eating breakfast lunch and tea for the last few weeks can't say I feel any better for it but hey ho.
I'm trying to increase my fibre in my diet but it's a lot harder than I thought. It recommends 25grams pee day for women to put that in perspective a clementine is 1g and 10 rasperries another 1g so finding it hard to take it in!
I've got whole grain pasta and wholemeal breAd but even days I eat that the fibre leaves a lot to be desired. Celery is meant to be good but I physically can't eat veg as the smell taste and texture just make me need to be ill! Other than that it's found in oats and things but there's ony so much you can eat!

I always have my 3 meals a day but sometimes I have hardly anything for breakfast and lunch, so I think I need to up the amount I am eating as my body is probably not getting enough energy.
What about beans for fibre?

Have to say im not looking forwards to being pregnant at all. I realy want kids of my own but being blood group AB-, with a family history of ectopic pregnancies and severe morning sickness i'm somwhat dreading it! That is if i can get pregnant at all given the pcos!

I've seen the GP, who checked me over and then contacted the antenatal assessment unit who asked me to come in. The GP checked my urine and didn't find anything to worry about, plus examined my stomach and there were no concerns there. Blood pressure was normal too. I'm now waiting to be seen in the antenatal assessment unit. The bleed seemed to have stopped last time I checked.

So far so good. They've listened in and there's a good strong heartbeat. Also done blood pressure and a fresh urine sample. Now waiting to be sent down to monitoring.

Hi all. Haven't been on in a few days, caught up with the last page. Glad everything is ok EC, I also had a bleed during pregnant but was around 10 weeks along.
I have to put my hands up and say I'm yet to do the DVD!! I'm so lazy. I've done 5 weeks of nights and they have taken there tole. Only 2 nights left and I'm back on days next week. I have been eating well though, lost 3.5lb last week, hoping for a good loss this week too

Glad it seems ok so far EC :)
Did day two of the 30 day shred level 3then went for a 5k run 1 minute per mile faster than last time I went out so that's about 3 minutes faster in total which makes me feel better. Oh had been in about 10 mins when I went for a run came home and hed not even attempted tea just sat on his ar$e on the sofa so when I got back at 7 I had to make tea had a shower while the sauce was cooking got out the shower had he bothered to grate cheese? No. Then interfered by dishing out. Must have been too hungry to wait but don't see why I should cook Nd him be in the pan like a shot when it's ready!
Still need to pack for my overnighter at Birmingham tomorrow and my house key has gone missing. Brilliant . Oh gave the spare to his parents which they dropped down the seat in their car so can't retrieve. I'm our early in the morning and hoping to be home before him on Thursday so I need a key. It's in none of the places I'd put it which leads me to believe he's moved that from the back of the door again. Does my bloody head in

I'm sure the other rooms will be just as nice, will be strange being in another room as we always stay in the master Suite. We do get special treatment there though now, especially after doing the advertisement in the local paper last year for them. When we go, we get a free bottle of wine.

I'm 26 weeks. They said it was busy. I've just come back from the monitoring, which was in the same place, just down the corridor. That all seems fine. Now I finally have to wait to see the doctor. They said they're doing handover, then will be down, and there are two ladies ahead of me. I'll be so glad to get home. I don't think they'll do much, the bleed seems to have stopped now. They'll probably just use a speculum to check that everything looks fine. It has been very reassuring to hear the heartbeat.

That hasn't gone to plan. They did a speculum and it showed that the bleed has come from inside the cervix. Protocol means they have to keep me in until I've been clear for 24 hours. Still waiting for a bed. Hubby will have to go and get overnight things and come back bless him. Fortunately we live near by.
