Wow Flossie! Do not blame you for that. I want to keep our bird theme in it but we are having a very elegant and definitely not rustic which is why I'm struggling. I think I might get a box instead and have advice notes and memo cards for them to write on and then potentially make a book up out of those

We're having 'advice cards' that I'm going to make up myself. Because we have our underlying key and lock theme, they are going to say "the key to a happy marriage is_______" :)
But I love books and writing etc. so also want a proper guest book as well, just for the sentimental value really. I have a very particular image in my head of what I want but just can't find it.

It's airbase make up I want as it stays on all day. If you get hot and sweaty then it doesn't come off. Just waiting on one to get back to me. There is a salon opposite the church that does mineral. Are up so just Messaged to ask what it's like so fingers crossed someone gets back to me soon x

I know! 30th July I went for the interview haha! Nope they have no idea, they knew I was looking for jobs but they don't know I had an interview. I would of told them if I'd have thought they would think about giving me a pay rise to make me stay but I've already asked and they said not until October and it would never be as much as this job so they don't need to know! I will tell them if I am offered the job but not before xx

Leaving early again today... Left at 4.30 Monday and yesterday and boss said we can go at 4 today. He's been struggling with his energy whilst he's still in recovery, so because he's leaving early he's been letting me leave at the same time. Result!

I thought she did as well, I've sent my sis a text as she does as well.
Basically, when I was offered my temporary contract, it was initially for about 25 hours, it the increased about a week later to the 30 hours I was offered. This was set up in two parts, 18.75 until end of March 2016, the rest until end of July, in July I got a letter stating the 30 hours would carry on until end of August. When I enquired with the other mw on the same contract as me she insisted she did not get this letter as her contract States she has 30 hours until end of March 2016. I've checked mine and yes so does mine, the off duty for sepmber has been done and it is giving us 30 hours, I've today got a letter stating that my contract for 30 hours finishes end of August and drops down to 18.75 until end of March. I told the head of midwifery I would only stay and not go to southamtpon was if she gave me at least 20 hours.

I'm working nights at the mo so not really, but I am emailing the head of midwifery about it today, or I am in on Friday morning so will try and catch her then. It's more that last month the other mw on the same contract as me said she is on 30 hours and never had a letter saying it would carry on until end of August. My friend has some permanent hours but was given extra temporary until end of July, then extended to end of August, she also has full time hours in September but heard nothing else about them going back down.

Evening, had a chat with my sister. She said for me to pop down over the weekend and she will go through it all. As it stands my contract says I should have 30 hours til March, she said they could get away with it if there is a clause saying they can change it. I've looked quick but nothing jumps out. The other mw said maybe we should go see the head of midwifery together to add more clout.
Well if that's the case, I shall stay until I get somewhere else.

I've spent most of today stripping wallpaper. It's taking ages even with a proper stripper, as there are layers under layers. When previous residents have changed the wallpaper they haven't removed the old one, they've just stuck another layer on top. We need to strip the whole house, it's going to take forever.

It will be hard I hate leaving Mr lala ...
