It appears to be a glorious day here so far, a little nippy but not overly, might be fortunate to get some laundry on the line.

I cannot put any laundry on yet as my daughter is still sleeping and it will wake her up. It's a white wash and I want to get he school shirts/blouses done then when I iron my uniform later for work I can get the school stuff done and out the way, save me doing it on Sunday then.

Had a good night last night. Did all of the ironing. There's more to do already because last night I took one load off the rads and put another load in so that will be ready to dry now. Least its up to date.
Had a lovely veggie dinner. I actually love cooking when OH isn't at home because I don't have to have meat. It's nice to change things up :)

Hi all. I have a very rare day to myself today. LO at nursery, OH dropped him in so I could have a bit of a lay in. Going to see a girl about wedding decorations at 12 then got to clean then going to have my hair done.

Good luck with revalidation GF. I haven't started mines yet but it's not due until sept next year.

It's hard to know where to start. I have a course coming up so I'll maybe do something on that.

It's gorgeous weather in Cardiff today. I think I might well go into town at lunchtime, even though I went yesterday. I wasn't going to but it seems a shame to spend the hour indoors when it's so nice. Plus we've run out of biscuits which is totally unacceptable.

Just back from a walk round the lake with Oscar, it's lovely out there. Don't mind if it's cold as long as the sun is out and there are blue skies. Instantly puts you in a better mood.

Time to put a wash on and I shall be doing the same and putting it outside. Can't beat it!!!

Nearly made a real idiot of myself on the walk to work this morning. Managed to turn one of my feet under me and nearly went flying. Thankfully I stayed upright and just ended up limping a little bit as my ankle was hurting, but it settled soon enough. I was crossing a small road at the time so once I got across the road I could stop and circle my foot a bit until it calmed down. Absolutely fine now, I'm just glad no one noticed. It was right outside a garage so if I'd fallen flat on my face they definitely would have noticed.

I know I always keep biscuits at work. I ended up keeping them in my drawer as the directors kept pinching them. Its rare for me to run out.

My new trolley laptop case arrived yesterday for when I'm getting the bust to work from Monday. I'm really happy with it. Its got 2 document pockets so will use one for documents and the other for my personal bits.. Knitting, purse and lunch. I don't intend on taking a handbag with me and luckily wont have to :)

I can't have any anyway unless I walk down to the shop and get some, which I can't be bothered to do! Do love a good biscuit dunked in my coffee though. B0urb0ns are my fave and love a good old fashioned d1g3st1v3 too!

Ah yeah that's not long at all! OH's birthday is on the opening day so I think we are going to go to that, the one on Saturday is at Haydock Park rather than Aintree but hoping we get some tips for the national!

I've just put some whole wheat pasta on to cook and I'm just going to throw in tuna, egg and a load of salad, hopefully it will be nice!

I got a chow mein for lunch. Think they have changed the recipe. Wasn't as good as usual.

A bit peed off with OH we signed some house papers on Tuesday night. He forgot yesterday and didn't tell me until I asked when he got home from work at 11pm so too late to do anything. He promised me he would do it today. I called 15 mins before he was due to leave for work and he told me he was going to do it on the way. then I get a text half an hour later saying he was flustered and didn't know what to put in the envelope so hasn't don't it. Feel really rubbish about it. I shouldn't have to do every little thing myself. I asked him if he had forgot until i called and apparently he hadn't but thought it would be straight forward. I'm sorry but what did he expect it to be, crafting the envelope from used tissue paper and then hand delivering it on a skateboard whilst blindfolded? It was just putting a piece of paper in an envelope, writing the address on and taking it to the post office. Not sure what's difficult about that. URGH! MEN!

From what I have gathered myself I need to have done actual nursing hours though my manager says different, I need to look into it more GF. I work on such a high risk unit we always have an ICU nurse on the shift on CDU. I will be sad if I have to let my nursing go. xx

Fingers crossed. The waiting around is horrible. It's almost preferable to be in the courtroom, at least you know what's going on then, as scary as it is.
