Slept pretty much ok but had some very strange dreams. Woke a few times, once to hubby passing wind and it smelt!!!! Nice.
Long day at work today so up and about early, grabbing a cuppa in the peace before making sure everyone is up

OH Michelle, sounds horrid, honestly, I so love my ear plugs. They take away most noises.
Cried to OH when I got up. Supposed to be going on a spa day with Sil and mil Thursday as LO is at nursery until 4.30 for his Xmas party. I really don't want to get in a cozzy. I've put so much weight back on and it's finally hit me like a sack of s**t this morning

Sleep deprivation has not helpe with how you feel, I am with you though, no matter what I do I cannot shift it, I think the older you get the harder it is. My Mum and my sister are larger ladies, but they are both much shorter than myself, by about 5-6 inches. I took after my brothers.

Awww, Michelle. I'm sure you look lovely but it's how you feel about yourself that counts. In the nicest possible way, I'm sure there will be much larger ladies/men there. Pop your cozzie on and feel beautiful. I know It's easy for me to sit here and say that as I have confidence issues with my body too......
Do they supply robes?? Maybe sit and chill in your robe for the day. Once you are in the pool/jacuzzi noone will see you and maybe this feeling of doubt may spur you on to do something about it.
I'm sure you look absolutely fine and just lack self esteem xx

I've put 1.5 stone back on from when I was at my lightest. My Sil is a large lady (size 22) but has really skinny legs. Me on the other hand has chunky legs (that's where weight goes on to including my tummy and arms).
They do robes so will definately be getting one them. Once I'm there I'll probably be fine. Just not at the minute. But thank you for your kind words Emma.
It's spurred me on to try and lose some weight before Xmas. I know we've only got 11 day to go but every day counts x

I know you say you can't run mmw2b but honestly it shreds weight like I don't know what. Maybe find out about your local running club and gp down to their beginners sessions ... You can do as much or as little as you want .. I think you'd be surprised at how much you can do :)

Morning ladies, just been making the most of being on my own in the office and made a start on printing our invitations. Don't have enough card though so I'm going to have to order some more and finish them off whenever I'm next alone in the office! Or I could come in over a weekend and use the printer - no one would ever know, hehe ;)

Morning all. Michelle I'm sure once you are there you will have a lovely time and won't be feeling bad.
I wrapped my Xmas presents last night except LOs. Made me feel very Christmassy lol just some sweets left to get and money for a couple of people. I'm at OH to go this morning and see our wedding rings but it's a 40 minute drive away and he said he doesn't want to go see them until we can pay some more money off them. We haven't seen our actual rings yet only the samples so I really want to try mines for size lol. I start my spell of night duty tonight. Not looking forward to it. The first week is so hard

I'm feeling a bit like that too at the moment Mrs Wade, but even when you feel so low about your appearance it still doesn't seem to be enough to kick you into action!!! I generally try to be good during the week and then pig out on what I want at the weekend which did work for me before, but gradually I have started having naughties during the week too. I bet as soon as the new year comes in it will kick us back into action as it will really dawn on us just how close our weddings are! xx

Michelle I can thoroughly recommend Jillian Michael's 30 day shred DVD - it does what it says on the box. There are 3 levels which consist of 20 mins of intense work outs, including cardio, abs and strength. I've been doing it for a little while and have noticed a difference. Even though it's Christmas, I am also continuing to eat low fat versions of everything, but still eating properly. Tonight I am doing spag bol with less than 5% fat mince and making my own sauce with wholewheat spaghetti. I just have a big bowl of porridge for lunch, which keeps me going until about now.
I know how you feel though but you will do it. My motivation is my dress!!!

Mrs Wade, no one will be worrying about how you look at the spa because we all have our own insecurities and so people will be more worried about their own bodies than looking at everyone else and judging so please don't worry and go and enjoy yourself. And even if you see a lady with slim legs that you wish you had, she may be thinking right back "ooh I wish I had bigger boobs like her". X

Michelle - I am only 5ft and about a size 8, but absolutely hate my nose with a passion. We all have something about us we don't like and apart from plastic surgery, I am stuck with my nose!!!

Afternoon ladies, working from home today as I was stupid and left my train ticket and purse at home, only realised when I was near the station which is almost a 10 minute walk away. I would of been almost an hour late for work by the time I came home and back so decided to just stay here! Looking forward to tonight as it's my dad's birthday, he is picking me up on his way home from work then me him, my mum and sister are going out for dinner :) OH is in work so can't join us but should still be good!
