Well it's rain again here today. Where did summer go??

It's my LO 9th birthday today.... He stayed at his dad's last night so I won't see him until tonight but we are going out for dinner with my sister, her boys and my mum.

OH gone back down south til Friday so got a steady week ahead

Happy birthday to you LO emmilou hope you have a fab evening. Snap mrs i was up all night too, lots of coffee is on order for today, may your coffee be strong haha.

We have a building inspector out today as my neighbour has been building an extension and has built her roof so it overlaps our so we wont be able to re-roof ours when needed. it's all such a palava the inspector rang me and asked to come out to view our roof as apparently she shouldn't oven even started building yet. I can see my neighbour getting cross and irate with me but what was i supposed to do tell the inspector he can't come? euughh its going to be a stressful day.

I was really impressed this year at th festival toilets. Anyone whose been to one knows they are awful, but they had people at them who were constantly going in them and cleaning the floors and the seats. Always had toilet roll as well.

Eeek I sent an email to the recruitment agency saying that I thought the interview went well but that I wasn't sure as it was so short and he called me back a while later saying I have been invited to a second interview on Wednesday next week :D so happy! He said the woman today is very short and once she's seen enough she wont drag it out which explains why it was so short.

Hi Everyone, been an awful weekend weather wise. Loads of places flooded plus there's been a landslip so on e of the train lines is blocked. Then the powers that be decided it would be a good idea to close the inner ring road in Manchester so most people had a crap drive.

Haha, It's a senior logistics admin role with a view to be supervisor of the team in 12-18 months so although a little of a sideward / downward move it has somewhere to grow to.
