My son came round, he put the space saver wheel on for me as I've been called into work tomorrow, found the culprit, a great big screw wedged in my tyre.

My friends hubby is a mobile mechanic, I've asked if he can fix punctured tyres and he can so he is coming round Thursday morning to see to it.
Totally fed up though, having a tough time at the moment, earlier on when I told hubby he text saying did I need to go anywhere as he would call his dad, so instead of calling me to see he instantly called his dad, then text me to say he was on his way round, by this time I had already text back to say nope and that I would pop into town, he said he's on his way so wait for him. He didn't understand that I'd already gone out.
Anyhoo, at dinner time one of the kids asked if my tyre was still flat, to which I said yes, and he said well it would t be if you waited and got help! I told him he never explained why his dad was coming and I was under the impression it was to take me shopping, he said no, so I showed him the texts and he shut up. Even then he never offered to change a tyre for me until he realised my son was coming round to do it. I sat crying through dinner, nobody noticed, I hid it, then went upstairs and cried after. Just want to cry now. I had to write a letter to him last night about things, he's read it, but he's not doing anything about it, it's like he does not care and does not want to try.

Basically saying how I feel that the marriage is going nowhere, he never attempts to cuddle or kiss me, he gets in from work, falls asleep on the sofa after dinner, then wakes up when I go to bed and watches tv, it's like he does not want me there. I've asked if that is what he thinks a marriage is about as its not what I think it is. Nothing back. Just spoken to like dirt.

This is soooo sad to read :( how long have you guys been together before you got married? - I've been with my oh since I was 17, 15 years we've been together so to me what we have is married life lol- sometimes I think oh needs to try more- he almost expects t to be cooking when he comes in so once or twice a week a don't do anything and I'll watch him come in and look in kitchen- that he says what's- and changes to what do you fancy for dinner lol- he knows if he asks what's for dinner he's likely to get an f all answer

I've been having this feeling for a fair few weeks, was only just I decided to let him know how I feel, it's not what I want, I don't want a marriage like this, I want love, I'm not materialistic, I'd rather he spent his time on me rather than money, to show me and others how much he loves me. I really feel for you- you work crazy hours and always seem to be on the go- was it strained when you went out on your anniversary? When was the last time you had a night in a hotel just you 2? Woukd a different environment help where it is just you and him, neutral ground and no family distractions? If I'm honest I'm not sure what to suggest but know you need to talk and get through his :-(

He was lovely, he has had times as well, many where I've had to remind him and he is great for a while, then within a week or so it goes back again. It's been like this for a while, I've tried, one weekend I worked all of it night shifts, I got up early one day so that I could spend the afternoon and evening with him before heading off to work, something that I have done in the past and will most likely do again.

We went to our venue back in July which was nice,we normally have every other Saturday night off but of course sometimes I am working. Hence why I get up early. When I have been here on a Saturday night just us, he falls asleep.

Sorry to hear your troubles gf :( you've been holding everything together so strong and do EVERYTHING for him!
Would marriage counselling help of he barely talks at home that might get him to open up? I'm sure there's something that can be done to find the love again :) don't give up on him yet!
My hair is in a pitiful state. I last had it done for new year ... Holey moley! 10 months - I can't even use the excuse of I don't have time I just never get round to making the ohonecall to book an appointment - same for the dentist. Must just get it done! While in there I can try and convince them to come to our house to do my hair for wedding and my 3 bms and my mum as I don't want the faff of heading to the salon and home again just want to chill out with a nice flute of prosecco and get excited !!!
I've heard of there Michelle :) I deal with a few garages there.. Love Scotland it's so scenic ... Did the drive to Aberdeen and Inverness for the first time just to see the sights even if it does take 7 hours and nearly getting speared by a plank of wood that fell off the back off a flatbed truck that wasn't secured on the m8 at 70mph - great fun but the sights are definitely worth it! It's so beautiful only thing that scares me is deer jumping out - I'd be a wreck if I ever hit one but the accident report forms up there can be quite amusing I.e one recently was "driving along and clipped a deer with near side front of car which caused the damage let a few lines and .... And then proceeded to write "bambi survived!!!"
Think I only found it amusing because all the while that I'd read the accident report I was thinking I hope the deer survived and then he said it had so it was a warm fuzzy feeling haha!

Morning all so tired. I'm that tired I've just sat on the settee and cried. LO went to bed eventually at 9.30 last night so we thought he would sleep well. How wrong were we. He woke us up at 3 wide awake. Told him to go back to sleep. The last time I looked at the clock was 4.20am then LO was awake again at 4.50!!!

I fell asleep really quick last night but I'm just not staying asleep
Put coconut oil on my feet and then socks but it doesn't appear to have helped overnight so I've done it again this morning and give it a few days to work its magic x

Yeah becci it's beautiful up there, my dad lives close it the river Dee which is stunning - deer can be a nightmare- my dad had one jump out on his new car once and unfortunately one of my friends girlfriends died in a crash after hitting a deer and swearing it- often once hit hey jump back again!
We are looking at a couple of venues up at my dads too drumt@chty castle bring one!

Thanks Ladies, hopefully it will work out for the better. He has some very old fashioned views on women and a mixed up view on marriage. He's come from a family where Mum does EVERYTHING and then come to me and found out it is not the same and that I would like him to help out a bit more around the house. He then says about his parents marriage that it is not the best, how they bicker all the time, how his mum is always moaning about his dad but they are still together. Maybe my views on marriage are a bit idealistic, I think not though.

And to top it off, last night he says to me so how come you are skint already? To which I replied after paying out for everything and making a start on the xmas shopping yes I am, his reply was a laugh and what on earth do you pay out for? He pays the rent and the council tax, I pay the other bills, the car, insurance, etc etc. Swear he thought I worked and my money was my own!!!! I blooming wish. I am totalling almost £800 just in those bills.

I was up an out early today as had the docs at half 7 today but new tablets for my stomach and then tests after 2 weeks of off omeprazole as they cant test for the infection I might still have if im on them! so might be feeling worse for 2 weeks until they can put me back on them!
Its a miserable day here today thick fog and wet its not nice at all xx

First bit sounds extraordinarily like my oh gf. His mum tidied his room every day, washed, ironed hung and put his clothes back the wardrobe along with everythng else then expects tk come home here and sit on his bum while I do everything. Only difference is he just wastes his money on trash.
Must be scary that Michelle! They cause an awful lot of damage and very sorry to hear about your friend! Must be hard to come to terms with!
