Danielle I'm planning to do baby signing and m0nkey music, but that's all at the moment. Otherwise it could get expensive and I don' want the whole week to revolve around classes. Some of the ladies from my antenatal class have got stuck in to massage, yoga, baby sensory and water babies, but I think Joseph will benefit more when he is a little bit older.

Another day of meetings today. It's good as makes the day go quicker but draining.

Sofas arriving today :) Wont be able to see them till later as have to take the cats to the vets for their booster. It needs 2 people. one to drive and one to keep Flossie calm. She hates going in a box and in the car. Almost always wets herself bless her. The other 2 are ok but she can't cope with it.

Morning all

Hope you are all good today

I slept so well last night I have woken with a headache. I also did not move or wake up at all so ached a little down one side as I was in the same position all night.

Today's duties include housey stuff. Hopefully get in the garden in a bit as well as the sun is out. First load of laundry is on, need to clean the Windows though, and Hoover up. Also need to take some lunch to hubby as there was no bread left this morning apart from enough for th girls to take to school.

Morning ladies, TGIF! Got a busy weekend ahead... dance rehearsals tonight from 5.30-8.30, tomorrow for another 3-4 hours, then a full dress rehearsal Sunday from 10am-4.30pm, however I won't be able to stay for the full thing as MIL is having a BBQ for her birthday and wants us there for about 4pm. She's getting chickens for her birthday (she's always wanted them) and wants to show them off to us too!!

Afternoon, took some lunch round to hubby and had a cuppa whilst there. Home and popped into town for a few bits that was needed. Headache that I have had all day which one minute goes and next is back again has erupted.

My kids don't finish until Wednesday but have only Tuesday and Wednesday at school as on Monday they each have a trip to go on. The school do trips to various places and they have to choose which one they would prefer and then have a 2nd 3rd choice etc. ONe is going to Thorpe Park, another to Harry Potter and the other one to Southampton football training ground.

Had a present when I went to my mums yesterday, a huge box on her bed with my wedding dress!!! I'd seen it on the bay and put an offer on it as its brand new with tags very similar to one I'd fallen in love with over 1500 mum can't afford that so I'd given up and found this one similar, anyhow offer was declined and it ended. Mum had only secretly offered more thru her bay account and got it,I was gutted I didn't get it but opened box and there it was, thanks mum........
Just trying to organise hen weekend away and its isn't going to plan,I'm having to try and sort it when it should be MOH doing it,grrrrrr.
Weekend away with OH so I can chill out and relax,thank god I need it. Xxx

Joseph has had a fractious day today, but is currently asleep on the feeding pillow. I'm not going to move him until I have to, it's such a relief to see him asleep. Waiting for Indian take away and watching first night of the proms. The BBC National Chorus of Wales are in it, which includes quite a lot of students from my music college, so I will be watching for faces I recognise. I did the proms with the Huddersfield Choral, and would love to join the BBC chorus here to do the big concerts again but the time commitment is so heavy.

EC do you's have a Sur3st@rt over there? Or something similar? We have it here, it's a funded programme and everyone is eligible. The classes are free. I would have went stir crazy during my maternity leave without them and I made a few very good friends through them

Around 25 years ago my sister lost my mums engagement ring on her. Yesterday after almost 47 years of marriage my dad bought my mum a new engagement ring. How sweet. It's a gorgeous yellow gold trilogy ring with a little twist in it. She's so chuffed lol

Morning all.

Sun is shining here lovely today, hope it stays, got pump this morning and then I don't have to rush doing the school uniforms as they don't need them until Tuesday, even then I may just do their shirts/blouses and not their kilts/trousers as it is only two days. Need to clean our en suite still though so might do that in a bit before body pump.

This evening we are going to a BBQ at a friends, both myself and hubby have stopped drinking on the odd days through the week, at the weekend I struggle to drink at all. I can manage two glasses of wine, but hit the third and boom!!! Cannot manage it. Not a bad thing I suppose!

Oh yes, going back to the school incident with the lad kicking my son in the head twice, and nothing still has been done about it. I've had a teacher trying to get hold of me this week, even though my son has told him I am on night duty, and he told him yesterday that I have finished my nights and he could call me, he never. So I have now emailed him telling him that as nothing has been done with the lad then I have no alternative but to take things further, that being with the police and education. With the police they will most likely want to talk to those two teachers involved as well who were there at the time. My son has been seeing the youth offending team after he was accused of pushing a lad back in February time, which resulted in that lad getting a black eye from another lad. My son spoke to them about it at his meeting on Thursday and they are amazed nothing has been doing and said if you go to the police, he would likely end up in court over that. We shall see what Monday morning brings now if that teacher is in school as he may be out on a school trip and not see it until Tuesday!

Morning all- wasn't on here yesterday- I went to work as had t been sick again but by 3pm I was knackered so I came home- bonus when you're the manager and yiur boss doesn't work a Friday! Lol

Came home from work and slept from 6 all the way through until 7am and now feel amazing :-)

Really excited today as we are staying the night at our wedding venue, going to the spa there in the afternoon, then a meal in the hotel restaurant- tomorrow they have a weeding Faye on :-)

Body pump was good today, really put a lot into it, was dripping though even with the air con. Came home, showered, put a load of laundry on, and then sat in the garden. Just put laundry on the line and another load in the machine.

Danielle yes there are sure starts, although not sure if there's one near me. I think there are criteria to do with financial circumstances. I'm meeting occasionally with the other mums from my ante natal class. I'm joining baby signing and monkey music in September.

GF it does seem that the school are being very inconsistent. I'm really surprised that a youth offending team are involved for one boy pushing another, these things happen with school boys. They've been far too harsh with your son if the other lad is getting away with it. I hope you manage to get them to take notice.

I'm sooo bored. Hubby is at work, just second day of his 4-days-shift, and I have absolutely nothing to do. Since I'm not entitled to work here, we don't have any kids and we share a house with my brother in law and his gf, I spend the whole day in the bedroom, completely bored. Need to find something to do :(
