IDL- so annoying for Lewis, he just can't catch a break this season yet. Hopefully that's 3 races not gone well so all the bad luck will be over. Glad the two Dan's are doing better I always liked Riccardo. :)

So had a couple of days in Wales, went for a long walk on the coastal path on Friday, and took the scenic route home through Snowdonia yesterday. Went to the gym and did some deadlifts, I think that is the next think I am going to get good at. Although my back now aches but at least its in a good way :)
Just chopped the veg OH is making a soup with. We may have that for tea and there will be loads left for tomorrow's dinner so that's sorted.
Can't believe my week of is nearly over. The next time I finish work for holidays I will be off to get married!

Mum feeling quite good, she had another 2 units of blood today and will probably have some more tommorow. She unfortunately can't hear a thing as a nurse knocked her hearing aids off the bedside table last night and they got damaged hitting the floor. Nhs temporary hearing aids are next to useless apparently.. Papa will take them tommorow
A mare at the yard had a foal 4 days ago and today we turned them out in a paddock for the first time! Foaly went a little dolally! It was very funny to watch

Lovely meal with my mum, stepdad, sis and kids then OH got home and we had a Chinese....
Got a banging headache tonight though. Realised I've not actually eaten today and with my hair trial, my head hurts!

How annoying Michelle. My OH does that too. Gets home on a Friday and all his old scaff mates ring...I'm like s0d off, I've not seen him all week

Countdown for dress fitting is on from tomorrow so cutting down on everything. Ate everything I wanted this weekend so back on track as of tomorrow. Need a stone off

Foals are so lovely to watch Faye. I'm glad your mum is feeling better. Knowing how noisy hospitals can be at night it might be a blessing that she can't hear, at least she won't get woken up by nurses seeing other patients in the night.

It does sound like Hamilton wasn't treated well this weekend (not that I know anything about motor racing). As I understand it he was made to start at the back because his team changed his gearbox, but they had to do that as the other gearbox was faulty. Was he supposed to race with a faulty gearbox?
