I decided after seeing some beautiful DIY invites to have a go at making my own. It's only in paper and I have used tak at this stage to fasten them down but template wise, I've got the look I wanted.... It's very fiddly and quite time consuming and naturally needs improvement And decorating but for me, I'm really quite proud of my first attempt

It looks fab, although for me personally I would have to have the same hearts on the opposite side (mirrored) & the writing centred, but I'm a bit OCD lol

MrsRobson2Be, that's exactly what I did today lol..... I'm like that too and mirrored the 2 hearts and centred everything just didn't get time at work to print them lol....

I'll keep trying but I was pleased I could do it.

Thanks for your comments, they encourage me to keep going

I love it! Can I ask you the size of the paper you used for the envelope? I don't want to buy mines, but can't find a paper big enough to make the envelopes!

CamilaL, I used an A3 sheet, drew round my A5 main page and just guessed at measurements from there.....

You can get net templates for pocketfolds on the net but it was just trial and error really. It needs huge improvement but it's a start xx
