Hi ladies, Do I send save the dates to evening guests or make a save the evening cards for them to save confusion? Xx

I would make it clear. Think I did separate ones. We're having so few people that a lot of people that would have expected day invites could only come for evening, thought I needed to make it clear from beginning. Can't even remember if I just put a little note in with them explaining the situation, but I think 'save the evening' cards are a good idea!

Ok thanks I'd feel awful if they thought it meant the whole day I wouldn't be able to correct them so I'm hoping this will be clear lol xx

No you don't send save the dates to evening guests! Don't make the same mistake I did and send them out without having a definite list! You don't want your evening guests thinking that are invited to the whole wedding and then having a strop when they only get an evening invite! Also word of advice make sure everyone on your wedding guest list for the whole day is people you definitely want there all day. I put out save the dates to everyone on my original list and then decided I didn't really want some of them! Was speaking to some of them and it turned out they had already booked transport and hotel rooms for the wedding so there was nothing I could do! I have to invite them all day now!! :( xx

Well my day guests are just our family and close friends so shouldn't be a problem. That's why I think if the evening guest get a save the evening card they should know it's the eve their invited to xx
I didnt bother with evening save the date cards. I thought that when i sent the invites out that should be enough, am i wrong?

I didn't bother sending evening save the dates due to not wanting people getting confused with the evening and day guests. Plus did'nt want to upset anyone this early that they would only be invited to the evening! x
