Okay so last night I was watching it and thought would I really trust my H2B to plan the whole of the big day without no help from me? Would I let him choose my dress, my flowers, the venues....and I answered all yes. Although I'm quite fussy of what I want to happen I no hubby would do a good job and he knows me and how I like things. And even if he didn't, I wouldnt mind if we ended up getting married in shorts n t-shirt in the middle of a city centre, it'd still be special. Some of the brides on the show are so "me me me" drives me mad! Would YOU trust your H2B to plan your big day? What would you most miss having to choose yourself? And where do you think your better half wouldn't do so good?

I trust him- hes found our venue, our cars, our original DJ, decided on menswear, designed the invites etc... all I've done is cake, flowers, colours and dresses. I have a feeling our colour scheme would be interesting, and he really has no ideas about dresses, and he'll probably forget to get us shoes... but overall we would have a fantastic day and it would be boring tv.

there got to be some aspect of trust there bfore the brides agree with a lawyer that h2b will plan everything!!!! ..and you see half the time that they say oo this is the kind of dress i love...and h2b has got a completely different one but she's still loving it so must know something about his taste

not sure about letting my h2b do that lol xx

I'd trust mine :) we've got pretty similar tastes the only difference is we are saving money cos a lot of the crafty stuff I'm making but then that's what the budget is for in the show so I think he'd do just fine BUT I know it would be the most stressful thing he'd ever do and I don't think I'd be mean enough to put him through it :) x

Yeah i would trust mine to plan the whole day. Even though i have done most of the planning so far ben has supported me through out, I wouldn't panic about anything that he arranged and i know exactly what kind of things he would do to make me worry and panic such as sending me a "party invite" as my wedding invitation! But i don't think i could put the pressure on my h2b and our 2 best men so will stick to the way were doing it!! xxx

Aww that's so sweet that so many of you trust your other half. It'd be a good laugh but not sure i like the idea of being filmed throughout it. It wouldn't be natural. N knowing H2B he'd get all excited and say/do something stupid haha x

Id trust him to plan a wedding but I know he wouldnt have a clue about the little details, which wouldnt be a major problem. The thing I wouldnt like is not seeing him for 3 weeks....that would drive us both crazy.....and hed hate not seeing our lil guy every morning. xx

I would not NEVER trust my H2B to plan ours, if it was up to him he would be rishing about trying to do everything the day before the wedding, he is so unorganised he couldnt even plan to get his kilts sorted! it annoys me but i cant change they way he is for love nor money :( bit dissapointed in that!

I would trust my h2b as we have simillar taste, although I think it would be slightly more football themed than I want, and im not sure how he'd do on the dress x

I've taken time and consideration over this, yeah I'd trust him to do a good job, but I wouldn't want him to pick my dress though that's the biggest thing for me, everything else I could cope with no problem, but I've already sorted most out now anyway (he did have a chance to veto them though) so it doesn't make that much of a difference.

He's currently sorting out DJ stuff and he will be sorting out the suits/kilts for the men and himself. We'll sort out the guest list officially nearer the time (September for STD at least) and make final decisions for everything else.

Not really been getting giddy over wedding stuff for the last few months - I am looking forward to it but have calmed down for the rest of things as I've still got 13 months left and done my early giddy part. When the time comes to sorting things out again I'll definitely be giddy all over again but until then I'm going to contain myself. :)

Kev knows me better than I do sometimes! I trust him to do absolutely everything.. he's involved in everything, has an opinion on everything, knows what we both want.. and he knows that as long as we're married the rest is really just all trivial stuff!
I would trust him to plan the whole wedding, but maybe he would have to have a nudge in the right direction with the dress.. he thinks i'm thinner than I am for some reason! lmao xx

i think the my h2b would arrange a smashing wedding!! he'd forget the little things, but one of his pals is really good with that type of thing

he knows what i like and what i don't like. he knows exactly the type of wedding dress i'd go for.

saying that, he's STILL not decided who his best man would be!!! lol

I wish my h2b was organising it, I'd trust him with my life and the wedding is far less important than that. Unfortunately we could never go down the don't tell the bride route as the cameras would be too invasive and from what I've heard the ceremony is often disrupted to enable them to get the right shot etc so it wouldn't feel like a proper wedding.

    I can't wait until 29/06/2013
The day I marry the man of my dreams!
