    Hey girls. I put 1.75lbs on this week as ended up going on Pennylane's hen weekend after all! (although just one night and it was fab!). I was a bit panicked thinking I had piled all I had lost over the last 2 weeks back on coz of all the alcohol and pizza at the weekend so I was shocked when I stood on the scale this morning! Back on track today though so hopefully will lose again next week. Hope everyone else is doing well.xx

    i put another on this week too, think it was catching up with my rubbish week last week! back at the gym and zumba now along with low carb and high protein so hope it will start in the right direction again.

    I put on 3lbs this week :( Went away for a long weekend and ate everything after saying i was going to be good!! i blame my sisters for making fridge cake and triple choc cookies!!!! 3 weeks to go until holiday, got some serious work to do!!!

    back on track now after a few rubbishy weeks! if that is such a word!

    started back on my dukan diet on monday so in my attack phase and down to 16.11 & half (just in 3 days so high hopes for next week!) by the way im vikki ms changed names and deleted pics and all as i have spys who can see everything im doing at wedding

    its a french diet high protein, low to no carbs. theres four phases to it and starts with the attack phase which lasts between 2 and 10 days depending on how much you have to loose. the attack phase is protein only lean cuts of meat or fish with non fat dairy products only, then after this kick start brings on the cruise phase whereby you start introducing certain veg and you have one day on Protein and veg then one day protein only and keep rotating, then you move to the consolidation phase when you can bring certain fruits carbs and "celebration meals" into the mix, then the final stage is the stablization phase where you can eat normally but for 1 day a week you have protein only and this should be for the rest of your life. theres loads to it im only part way though reading my book but so far so good and im feeling great with it! oh and not forgetting the all important oat bran intake, at least 1.5 litres of water and 20 min excercise everyday.

    if i didnt cheat i know id have a 2-4lb loss a week so that SHOULD motivate me but i just cant resist a takeaway on a weekend :( xx

    I am a week and a bit into my new regime....and have lost 5lbs! really pleased! gotta keep it up now :)) now weigh 12st.11lbs.

    my -1 from last week wasnt noted on the list so im now down to 16.8 (this week lost -2.5)
    got my dress fitting this saturday so gotta be extra good between now and then.

    my diets definitely suffered these two weeks what with birthdays eating out and staying at my mums I'm back up to 13.13lb back on track now I'm at home

    oh wow congratulations!!!!!! well who needs a diet when your eating for 2!

    mine has been rubbish for the last week stressed to the max, but on the plus side my dress fits but im still going to loose a stone to be more confortable
