You can do it yourself using an mp3 splitter. You can often download a free one to your PC, as long as you have the songs, you can split out the bits you want, then join them up.
It's not the easiest of things to do, but worth trying.

Failing that get a dj to do it for you, no idea how much they charge though.
I used to do it to make ring tones for my phone that no one else had.

Are you having a DJ? If so, my first port of call would the DJ - if you tell them what you want I'm sure they would be able to put something together for you x

Is there a local college or university with a music/music technology course? If so there are likely to be students that can do it, who might not charge much, particularly if there is a music technology department. I do know of someone, who did one for us, but she's in the South Wales valleys, so I don't know if that works for you. You could probably do it from a distance. I didn't ever meet up with her, we emailed the tracks and timings where we wanted them to be mixed and she emailed back the finished product. Then I paid by bank transfer. It was a big file though, so if you find someone near by who can hand over a CD that might be better.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

Any DJ worth their salt should be able to help you with this to the point where you can sit down and "design" it together until you're happy. If you're having a DJ speak to them about it.
