So we decided to have a religious wedding and then the reception at the hotel. I know the hotel has a team to make the day go smoothly, but what about the church? Who is usually responsible for coordinating the processional? No one?

    Just wondering... :)

Our rehearsal will be 1 week before, on a day that is suitable for everyone to attend.

You won't need a professional to sort anything for you. We had a rehearsal about a week before the big day.

I'm a bit worried cause a big part of my wedding party will be going from Brazil and I don't know exactly how in advance are they getting there. Is three days before time enough for a rehearsal?

The only people needed at the rehearsal are the bride, groom, FOB if giving bride away or whoever is giving the bride away, best man and MOH.

It can help with timings if you get your organist to go too (not very common!) but is only necessary if they are doing a reading etc so know where to go and stand
