    I like that one.
    Might pinch that if its ok and drop off the rooms as they would need to contact the hotel direct. I know for yours they have to go through you don't they?

    Yeah they have to let us know first and we allocate the rooms, then pass the information to the venue. Guests can then phone the venue at the 4 month mark to confirm their bookings and pay their deposits xx

    It's pretty straight forward really I think it just sounds complicated haha. The venue have given us a form we need to fill out which will have the guests names, contact details, the room they will be allocated etc. So they will have all the information already and our guests basically just have to phone them to confirm and pay :)
