Yes! It was made as you described and posted. I unfortunately got a call from my sister in law to say that my mother in law had had a stroke so we had to go to Sussex to be with my husbands family otherwise I could have sorted this out ages ago. I have been making toppers for 10 years and had only one vanish in transit so I'm sure there must be an explanation. I did delete your posts because to be honest I could do without the added stress of other brides panicking unnecessarily. I can see why you are worried as we are super close but you don't need to be. I am not in the business of letting people down!!
she needs to manage her time better then and deliver it 6 weeks prior to your wedding, as first agreed, this is her doing not yours, she needs to understand the stress she has put you under!

It shouldn't have taken me to accuse her of basically being a thief to get a photo that I was promised weeks ago. Still not turned up in the post, and she still can't find the receipt. Surely a woman who has been doing this for as long as she said she has would keep better track? Just seems too coincidental that mine has gone missing in the post and mine is the receipt that she can't find. I'm going to order another one tonight, but really disappointed as it isn't what we wanted. I've now used the photo that she has sent me to put on my favours so I'm hoping to get it so it matches.

i really feel for you! such a disgusting way to run a business. if she is telling the truth then being honest and up front from the start would of been the best thing to do and at least you would know where you stand i really hope all this sorts itself out for you xx

The original one might have just got lost in the post - but even before she has posted it it was already a month overdue. But she could have had a lot of orders at one time. I wouldn't recommend her because of my experience, plus also seeing others online have had the same issue. But I do like it and as long as it's arrived I'll be very happy.
